How to define a custom page size on Windows?
Question Link
Answer
For Windows devices, the paper size depends on the installed printer or PDF drivers. If you don’t see the desired paper size in the paper size list, it means that there is no printer or PDF driver that supports that paper size.As a solution, you could install a third party app that supports a larger number of paper sizes, for example Win2PDF. After installing a third party app follow the steps below:
  1.  Open the Project Plan 365 app and go to menu "File" – "Print" – "Print";
  2. From the "Printer Name" list select Win2PDF (or the preferred app) then press "Properties";
  3. The Print dialog should appear and select "Properties" again;
  4. In the next dialog, click on "Advanced" button then, from the "Paper Size" list, select the desired paper size;
  5. After selecting the paper size, press "OK" in all dialogs, give a name for the PDF file and press “Save”;
  6. The project should then be exported/printed to PDF with the desired page size.

How can someone with a purchased subscription become an editor of the file I created?
Question Link
Answer
There are two possibilities for other users with a purchased subscription to edit a plan you created:1. If they are part of your team with a subscription assigned, they are editors by default and can edit and save the files created by other editor team members in your team, as long as the project is not part of a division the user has no access to.
2. If they are not part of your team and have a separate subscription purchased, you can share the project you created with them by going to menu Share - Share - Share as MPP. The user outside of your team will be able to open the shared project you created and edit it using their subscription. Please note that if they are not part of your team, they will not have rights to overwrite the original file. They will have to save it to their local device or to a Cloud location.
