The ProjectPlan365.com website and the native applications offer Google Drive integration in order to allow users to read, rename, delete and save project files to their Google Drive storage. After the OAuth sign-in process is successfully performed, the list of user files and folders is retrieved and displayed in a file-picker to allow interacting with project files. To help distinguish between multiple accounts, ProjectPlan365.com also reads and displays the name of the current Google user.
No Google user data is stored or persisted throughout sessions and the authentication flow complies with the OAuth best practices. ProjectPlan365.com requires minimal permissions in exchange for a seamless user experience: the "drive" scope grants the application reading and writing rights (if necessary) to the user files and the "drive.install" scope is used to let users approve of the app's installation.
All information gathered by us via the Google Drive API is used exclusively by us, never shared with third parties.
