What is the “Manage Plan” functionality?

The Manage Plan feature allows you to easily change your subscription plan or cancel your trial directly from the Account or Billing section of your portal or app. You can compare plans, switch to a different one, or end your trial before it converts into a paid subscription.

How to switch my plan during the trial?

To switch your plan, in our Online Portal go to the Account or Billing page and click on Manage plan. In the dialog that opens, click Change your plan. You’ll see the available plans, with your current one labeled as such. Click Select plan on the desired option. The change is applied instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Note: You can also switch the plan directly from the app by going to menu File - Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.

How to manage the trial cancelation?

To manage the trial cancelation, in our Online Portal go to Account or Billing page and click Manage plan. In the dialog, click Cancel your free trial. Select or add a reason then click on Continue to cancel during each step, on the last step click on Confirm cancellation. After completing the process, a confirmation email will be sent.

Note: You can also manage the trial cancelation directly from the app by going to menu File - Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.

Will I get a better deal if my trial ends but payment fails?

Yes. If the trial ends and the system cannot process the payment, you will receive an email with a time-sensitive offer to continue your subscription at a better rate. The offer will be available for a limited time, and you can access it directly from the email.

Where can I compare available subscription plans?

You can compare plans by going in our Online Portal to Account or Billing page. Click on Manage plan and then Change your plan. The dialog shows each available plan with details and a Learn more link for each option.

Will I be notified after switching or cancelling a plan?

Yes. After any change to your subscription, such as switching plans or cancelling your trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of the action.

What if I accidentally cancel my trial — can I undo it?

Once the cancellation process is finalized, it cannot be undone. However, you can always return to the Manage plan section and purchase a new subscription at any time.

Is feedback required when cancelling my trial?

You’ll be asked to select at least one reason for cancellation. There is also an optional field where you can provide additional feedback to help us improve our services.

Can I change my mind during the cancellation process?

Yes. At any step in the cancellation flow, you can choose to keep your plan instead of continuing. Just click Keep your plan or close the dialog.

Are there any benefits offered before cancellation is completed?

Yes. During the cancellation process, you’ll be reminded of the features you’ll lose and shown an exclusive offer designed to help you continue with a better experience.

Can I cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges?

Yes. You can cancel at any time during the trial to ensure you’re not automatically charged when it ends.

What happens after cancelling my trial?

Once cancelled, your access to app features will end and your account will no longer be active unless another plan is selected.

Do I need to contact support to cancel my trial?

No. You can complete the entire cancellation or plan switch process from your portal or app by going to Account or Billing page and clicking Manage plan.

Where do I find the “Manage plan” option?

You can find the Manage plan button in the Account or Billing tabs in our Online Portal, or in the Account/Billing section from File menu in the app.

Can I switch plans more than once during the trial?

Yes. As long as you’re still in the trial period, you can change your plan at any time using the Manage plan dialog.

Do I need to re-enter payment details when switching plans?

No. If you’re still in your trial, no payment is collected. Your payment method will be charged only when the trial ends and the subscription starts.

Step by step on how to select a new plan on our website while in trial:

1. Go to our Online Portal.

2. Sign In with your email and password.

3. In Account or Billing page click on the Manage plan button.

4. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan option.

                 5. A new dialog will show the available plans (Standard or Business). Your current plan will be marked as “Current plan”, and the other plan will have a “Select plan” button.


                  6. Click on the Select plan button next to your preferred plan. A confirmation message will appear.

7. The change is applied, and the dialog will close.

8. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the new subscription.
