To remove your payment method, please go Project Plan 365 Portal – “Billing” tab and in the Payment Details section click the “Remove Payment Method” button. If auto-renewal is disabled, the payment method will be removed instantly.
Note: If the Auto-Renewal is enabled, you will be asked to first cancel it or keep the payment method. To cancel the auto-renewal, click on Manage Plan button then follow the cancellation process.
