How to manage the subscription cancelation?

To manage the subscription cancelation, in our Online Portal go to Billing page and click Manage plan. In the dialog, click Cancel your plan. Select or add a reason then click on Continue to cancel during each step, on the last step click on Confirm cancellation. After completing the process, a confirmation email will be sent.
Note: You can also manage the subscription cancelation directly from the app by going to menu File – Billing, click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.
