How to switch my plan during the trial?

To switch your plan, in our Online Portal go to the Account or Billing page and click on Manage plan. In the dialog that opens, click Change your plan. You’ll see the available plans, with your current one labeled as such. Click Select plan on the desired option. The change is applied instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Note: You can also switch the plan directly from the app by going to menu File – Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.
