Under Options, schedule, our project start time has been set to 7am start, 9 hr days, 45 hours per week. When populating Gantt chart there is a unfixable error with the start and finish times.

You need to change the working time for calendars. So, please go to menu Project – Change working time and for the default calendar set the working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Also, please make sure the time of the Start Date for you project is set to 7:00 AM. To check this, go to Project – Project Information and see what is the time you set for Start Date.
