To manage the trial cancelation, in our Online Portal go to Account or Billing page and click Manage plan. In the dialog, click Cancel your free trial. Select or add a reason then click on Continue to cancel during each step, on the last step click on Confirm cancellation. After completing the process, a confirmation email will be sent.
Note: You can also manage the trial cancelation directly from the app by going to menu File – Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.
