What does the “Change Password” functionality do?

The “Change Password” functionality allows you to change the password for your account from My Account page in our Online Portal.

How do I change the password for my account? 

To change the password for your account, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In My Account page, click on the Change Password link. Insert the old password and the new password and click on the Change Password button. A message will appear under the Change Password link: “Your password was updated”.

Step by step on how to change the password for your account:

1. Go to our Online Portal.

2. Sign In with your email and password.

3. In My Account page click on the Change Password link.

4. Insert the old password and the new password, then click on the Change Password button.

5. You are redirected to My Account page where you can see a message: “Your password was updated”.
