To change the color for the sheet rows go to Format - Gridlines - Line to change - Sheet Rows then in the Normal section click on color and choose one from the given color palete.

​Exporting the Resource Usage data into Excel will not include a monthly breakdown. For a better Resource Usage visualization, we suggest to export Resource Usage as PDF. This will result into a table view of the monthly breakdown. You can use in your presentations and reports.​

Go to Format menu and click on Insert Column. Select in the Field Name - Task Mode. If you already have the task mode column skip the previous step. If the Task mode is manual change it to Auto. When tasks are Automatically scheduled, the Planner calculates the Start, Finish and Duration values.
