Why do I have a strange email associated with my Project Plan 365 account?

If you see a strange email address associated with your account and it ends with "@privaterelay.appleid.com", this is because when you signed up with Apple, you chose the “Hide My Email option. In this case, Apple generates a random – but real and verified – email address for our app.  
How do I set the password for my account that was created by someone else?

Once a new account was created for you and you received an invitation link, you must click the “Activate account” button from the e-mail in order to set your password and activate your account. 
How do I upgrade to Business trial?

How to use Project Plan 365 app over different platforms and devices?

In order to use Project Plan 365 on multiple platforms (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) you should purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our website. You can purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our Purchase page. Please download and install our latest app from the Download page. In order to use the purchased subscription, just Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

How to Sign In inside Project Plan 365 application?

To Sign In inside Project Plan 365, open the application and look upper right corner for the Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button. Insert your Project Plan 365 email address and password or Sign In with a third-party account (Apple, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn). 

I have already purchased but my subscription shill shows up as expired.

If you have already purchased but your subscription still shows up as a trial, you need to restore the subscription in Project Plan 365 app. In order to restore your subscription, please go to the File menu – Account tab – Account Information subtab and click on the “Restore Subscription” button. Another way to restore your subscription is to Sign Out and back Sign In inside the application.

I have changed my laptop, how can I migrate my license?

If you have purchased the Enterprise license from our website and want to use it on another device, please download and install our latest application from our Download page. Open the application and go to Help menu– About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button .

Where to enter the license key?

To enter the license key, go to menu Help – About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button. Insert the license key and click the Register button. Please note that if you purchased the Standard or Business Subscription for Project Plan 365 app, you don't need a license key, just Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app. The license key can be used only for local installed application on Mac and Windows devices.  

Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
4. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password or close and reopen the application.

You can also cancel the subscription directly from app by following the steps:1.Sign In with your email and password.
2. Then, go to File menu – Account and click the Cancel Subscription button.
3. Sign Out and Sign In back inside the application with your email and password.

How do I change the password for my account?

To change the password for your account, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page, click on the Change Password link. Or you can change it from our app by going to File menu – AccountAccount Information and click Change Password button. Insert the old password and the new password and click on the Change Password button. A message will appear saying : “Your password was updated”.

How to change the Business Name?

In order to change the name of your organization, Sign In with your email and password in Online Portal, then in Account page insert the new name in the Business Name field. You can also change it directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account tab – Organization Information and click the Global Settings button. In Global Settings dialog (click any tab) type the new name in the Business Name field.

Any team member can change the Business Name?
