How can I edit a custom field in Task Information dialog?

Our application doesn’t support to edit the custom fields in Task information dialog.To edit the custom field, please insert that specific field in Gantt Chart view by going to menu Format – Insert Column.
How can I enable auto updates so I can get the latest version of the application?

We don’t have an automatic update feature, if you want to install our latest version, you need to manually uninstall the old version and install the latest
version from our website.

How can I print the Gantt Chart?

To print the Gantt Chart view, open the application, make sure the selected view is Gantt Chart and then go to the File menu - Print and select the Print option.
How to rename a resource?

In order to rename a resource, go to the Resource Sheet view and double click on the desired resource to open the Resource Information dialog. In the Resource Name field, type the new name of the resource and click "OK" in the dialog for the changes to take effect.
What is the default calendar used in Project Plan 365?

The default calendar used in the project is the US standard calendar. This calendar reflects a traditional work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM, with an hour off for break, and then from 1 PM to 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

All time, from Sunday through Saturday, 12:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M., is set as working time. The 24-Hours calendar reflects a schedule with no nonworking time at all. The 24-Hours calendar can be used when resources and tasks are scheduled for different shifts around the clock, or when equipment resources work on tasks continuously.
What is a Standard Calendar?

In order to change the % complete, type the new value in the % complete cell for the desired task. The value must be between 0 and 100.

In order to change the timescale to weeks instead of days, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Bottom Tier tab, from "Units" field select "Weeks" and then click OK.
How to delete rows?

To delete a row from your project, select the row, right click on it and then from the contextual menu select "Delete Task/Resource" option. Another way to delete the row is to select it and then from Task/Team menu - click on "Delete" button.
