To move the project to another start date please go to menu File - Options and in Advanced tab check “Show project summary task”. Press Ok.
Then, in Gantt Chart select for the Project summary task the % complete to 0%.
After this go to menu Project - Move Project and select the date you want.

If you don't assign resources to tasks in your project, application calculates the schedule using durations, task dependencies, constraints, and project and task calendar information. If you do assign resources, the tasks are also scheduled according to resource calendars and assignment units, providing for more accurate scheduling.

We do recalculation when OK button is pressed on Task Information dialog. If you need to see how changes of the units impact the cost, please insert Cost column near Resource Name column in grid. When resource units is changed also the cost value is recalculated.

To change the resource rates on the View menu click on Resource Sheet. The resource rate should have its column set by default. If the Std Rate column does not appear in the table insert it and modify as desired the rates for resources.

Project Plan 365 calculates cost totals as soon as rate-based resources and resources with per-use costs are assigned to tasks, per-use cost are taken into consideration.

Resources are typically people included in your project plan, whether or not they are assigned to tasks. However, a resource could also include anything that is used to complete a project, including, equipment and other materials. The whole project plan really starts when you've added resources and tasks are assigned to them.

The Export to PDF functionality takes into consideration the settings you made in Page Setup dialog. Please set Scaling option in Page Setup dialog to a bigger value. You can also use the Print dialog in order to see a real time preview of the changes you make to the print settings.

The Network Diagram view can use any of the task filters to display only the tasks you want to see. When you select a filter, the Network Diagram view displays the information as defined by that filter's criteria. The default filter is the All Tasks filter.

Under Options, schedule, our project start time has been set to 7am start, 9 hr days, 45 hours per week. When populating Gantt chart there is a unfixable error with the start and finish times.

You need to change the working time for calendars. So, please go to menu Project - Change working time and for the default calendar set the working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Also, please make sure the time of the Start Date for you project is set to 7:00 AM. To check this, go to Project - Project Information and see what is the time you set for Start Date.

Calendars override each other's settings in the following ways. When you create a task, the project calendar schedules the task. When you add a resource to a task, the resource calendar controls the scheduling of the task.
