More Views functionality opens up a dialog that lists all available views, regardless if they are visible in the menu or not. You can choose to show a view by selecting the view in the list and clicking on the Apply button.

The “Export to My Calendar” functionality allows you to export the tasks from the current project to your personal calendar.

We recommend to export your tasks to your personal calendar after you finished your plan, then if you need to export extra tasks, add a notification for that specific task from Task Information dialog. For more information, please read the Task Notification article.

The “Print Preview” functionality displays the active view as it will look when printed. The pages to be printed display the information according to settings selected using Page Setup option, such as: hidden columns, added columns, resized columns, resized panels etc. Use this command to check the header, footer, legend, margins and timescale on a view with a timescale.

If you try to print your project and get the error: "Not enough memory to print" you might be using a paper size which is too small and too many pages are generated for print because of the size of the project.

If you don’t have A0 or A1 you can create a new one (go to Print dialog and click on paper size combo box and ‘Manage Custom Sizes’) – it will be then saved.

The “Timescale” functionality allows you to adjust the timescale to show smaller or greater time units, from hours all the way up to years.

The “Scroll Bar” functionality allows you to move the view contents up and down or left and right.

To change the color of the task background, click on the task and then go to Format - Font. In the left lower corner, you have a Box named Background. Change the color and click OK.

The Header and Footer customization can be found on File - Print - Page Setup.

You are able to Sign Out from Clouds. In order to do that, go to the File menu, select Open then select the desired cloud. In the file picker that appears, click Sign Out button from the upper left side of the dialog. If you want to sign in with a different account, first you must sign out and then sign in with the desired account.

The “Advanced Options” functionality allows you to review or change some view, outline and general options.

To move a summary task, click on the Task ID column for the summary task you are moving. The cursor turns into a four-way arrow. Click and drag the summary task with all its subtasks to the location in the task list where you want the task listed.

To move a task up or down, click on the Task ID column for the task you are moving. The cursor turns into a four-way arrow. Click and drag the task to the location in the task list where you want the task listed.

The “Move Row” functionality allows you to move tasks up and down in the task list, changing the way they are structured.

To change the language from Dutch to English, please go to OPMAAK – Selecteer Taal –Select the English language and click OK. For changes to take effect, you must restart the application.

The “Language” functionality allows you to change the active language of the application.

The supported languages are the following: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Czech, Sweden, Dutch, Russian and Romanian.

You cannot use more than one currency per project. Before consolidating projects with different currency settings into one project file, you need to change the settings in each individual project to a common currency.

To change the currency settings for your project, go to File – Options and then click General Settings tab – Currency Options.

To set the % Complete inside the Gantt bars, in the Gantt Chart View, double-click a single bar within the chart portion or select Format tab – click Bar – in the Format Bar dialog box, click Bar Text tab – in the Inside box type or select % Complete - click OK.

To choose or modify the text that appears around or/and inside a bar, in the Gantt Chart View, double-click a single bar within the chart portion or select Format tab – click Bar – in the Format Bar dialog box, click Bar Text tab – select from the dropdown(s) the desired fields – click OK.

To format a bar, in the Gantt Chart View, double-click a single bar within the chart portion or select Format tab – click Bar, in the Format Bar dialog box, click Bar Shape tab – choose the appropriate shapes/types/pattern/colors for the start/middle/end of the bar – click OK.

The “Bar” functionality allows you to format a bar individually. There are several characteristics you can change: the shape that appears at the start and the end of the bar; the shape, pattern, and color of the middle of the bar; the text that you can set in five locations around the bar (to the left or right of the bar, above, below, or inside it).

To reinstall Project Plan 365 if bought from Microsoft Store, please download the application from there and activate the product.

To activate your subscription please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you are Signed In in store with the same email address and password you used when you purchased the application.

2. Open Project Plan 365 app.

3. Go to menu Help - Subscriptions.

4. Press on Start Complete Editor Subscription button.

5. Wait for the confirmation message.

For the moment, Project Plan 365 can be updated if you bought it from our website only from Download page.
