The Gantt Chart view displays task information in two panels: the left panel displays information as a sheet and the right panel displays information as a chart. Panel 1 displays the task information as a sheet and includes details about start and finish task dates, resources assigned to them or % complete. The following columns are usually referred: Id, Indicators, Name, Duration, Start, Finish, Resource Names, Percent Complete, Predecessors. Panel 2 displays the Gantt bar representation of the tasks. The bar's length and position on the timescale indicate when that task begins and ends. In addition, the position of one task bar in relation to another indicates whether the tasks follow one another or overlap.

At this point, you can upload a subproject from the local device only on Project Plan 365 for Windows, Mac and iOS. In order to upload a file from the local device, go to menu Project - Subproject - Computer.

To change the Date Display Format for bars in Gantt Chart, using the Gantt Chart view, go to menu Format – Layout and select a date format in the Date Format box then click on the OK button.

To change the appearance of link lines between Gantt Chart bars, using the Gantt Chart view, go to menu Format – Layout and select the desired type of link line, then click on the OK button.

The “Layout” functionality allows the user to modify the Gantt Chart in several ways to make it easier to review. You can adjust the height of bars, the link design between bars, modify the date format of the bars, roll-up tasks so that a projection of the subtasks on Gantt Chart bar is displayed at the summary task.

In order to view all projects from your organization, you need to go to our Online Portal and click on the "Projects". You will see the list with all the business projects that were saved in My Projects - Drive 365 folder.

If your trial expires you won't lose your saved data. You will have access to your files after you purchase a Standard or a Business Subscription from our website.

In order to use the full editor features, please download and install our Project Plan 365 app. Sign Up in our Project Plan 365 Portal in order to start a 30 days Standard Trial Subscription. Then, Sign in with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign in button)

How do I Sign Up if I did not download the product?

To Sign Up if you didn’t download the product, go to our Sign Up page and insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third-party account (Apple, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn).

To create an account you need to access the Sign Up page. 

Insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third-party login.

Go to the backstage menu Account on your iOS device. Click on the Sign In button and enter your email and password.

Then, Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

Looks like your firewall settings are preventing our app to connect to our server to activate and that's why the app blocks when you click on Sign In button.  Or maybe you connect with a VPN and that may cause the issue.​​ If you are using the application on OS X Yosemite, please submit a ticket about your issue at our Support Team.

You need to Sign In just the first time using the internet connection in order to activate the subscription, then you can use the application without internet​.

​Please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from our website or Microsoft/Apple Store. On the top right corner, you should see the Sign In button.

If the resource tabs from the Resource menu are grayed out, you need to select the Resource Sheet View from the View menu and then go to the Resources menu.

When you assign a team member to your business, if he/she has an account on our website, he/she will receive an email to join your Business. If the assigned team member doesn't have an account, the user receives a link inside the email to set the password for his new account.​​
