To enter the license key, go to menu Help – About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button. Insert the license key and click the Register button. Please note that if you purchased the Standard or Business Subscription for Project Plan 365 app, you don't need a license key, just Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app. The license key can be used only for local installed application on Mac and Windows devices.

- First please check if you are signed in on Google Play with the account used to buy the subscription.
- Go inside application and go to the menu Help – Subscriptions .
- Press on the Restore Editor Subscription button.
- Wait for the confirmation message.

Please download and install our latest application from the Download page. Then, from backstage, click on the Account menu.

If you have bought your subscription from App Store and want to use it on other devices please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.
1. Open the application.
2. Go to menu Help-Subscriptions.
3. Press on Restore Complete Editor Subscription.
4. Wait for the confirmation message.
5. If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up on our Online Portal page.
6. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.
7. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other device or platform you need to download and install on that device the latest app from our Download page.
8. Then Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

There are two possibilities. You purchased the application from the store (Microsoft Store, App Store, Google Play Store) and you don't need to Sign In, just go to menu Help-Subscriptions and press on Start Complete Editor Subscription. Or you purchased the application from our website and you don't remember the email address you used. Please submit a ticket to our Support Team.

Looks like your firewall settings are preventing our app to connect to our server to activate and that's why the app blocks when you click on Sign In button. Or maybe you connect with a VPN and that may cause the issue. If you are using the application on OS X Yosemite, please submit a ticket about your issue at our Support Team.

To activate the subscription on iOS device please follow the steps below:
1. First please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open Settings, Click on iTunes & App Store and on Apple ID check your email address).
2. Go inside the application and in menu Help – Register press on the Manage Apple Store Subscription button.
3. Press on the Restore Editor Subscription button.
4. Wait for the confirmation message.
