The Enterprise Team Planner displays the information relating to team members’ schedule and tasks. One row is displayed for each team member. On the left, team member names appear. All of the tasks that a team member is assigned to, from the current project and across all projects saved in Drive 365, appear on the same row on the right.

The "Share" functionality is available on the Project Plan 365 iPhone app and can be accessed from the menu Share - Share. If the "Share" button is not available in the Project Plan 365 app installed on your device, please download the latest version from the App Store.

The Scheduled Reports functionality is currently available only on the Windows, Mac and iOS (iPad) platforms.  

I have set the global settings, but when I create a blank project the settings are not applied.

For the settings to be applied when creating a blank project, go to File menu – Options and under General Options check the “Use global settings when creating a blank project” checkbox. 

Or, if you are using the Project Plan 365 for Mac application, you can create projects using the New blank project using Global Settings or New Blank Project Using Global Settings options from Home / New menu.

Why isn’t the “Task Status Method” field available in my Options dialog?

What do the Project Status values represent?

The Project Status indicates the current status of your project: Complete, On Schedule, LateFuture, On Budget or Overbudget:
  1. Complete – If the project is 100% complete, then our application sets the Project Status to Complete.
  2. On Schedule – If percent complete is spread to at least the day before the status date, then the Project Status is On Schedule.
  3. Late – If percent complete does not reach midnight on the day before the status date, then the Project Status is Late.
  4. Future – If the Start Date of the project is greater than the Status Date, then the Project Status is set to Future.
  5. On Budget – If the project total cost is less or the same amount as the set project maximum cost, then the Project Status is set to On Budget.
  6. Overbudget – If the project total cost is over the set project maximum cost, then the Project Status is set to Overbudget.
 
Why does the task status not contain budget information?

If the task status doesn’t contain budget information, it means that you didn’t set a Max Cost value for your task.
How can I check if a task in on budget?

Answer
To check if a task is on budget, go to the menu Format – Insert Column, select “Status” and click “OK”. The status value for the task must be “On Budget”.
