How do I apply a Promotional Code for Standard Subscription?

To apply a promotional code, go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Standard Subscription. Sign In with your email and password. In the Order Info Page select the desired quantity and click on „Enter Promotional Code” label. Then insert a valid Promotional Code an click the „Apply Code” button. Make sure the promotional code has been applied. Insert the billing info and credit card info then click on the “Place Order” button.Another way to apply a promotional code is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click  the “Buy Subscription” button and follow the steps described above.Also, you can apply the promotional code directly in our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button then follow the steps described above.

Is there a way to add 'Cost' in the right side of the Resource Usage view?

In order to change the Timescale to quarters, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Middle Tier tab, from "Timescale Options" section select "One Tier (Middle)", from "Units" field select "Quarters" and then click OK.

The possible reasons why the code could not be applied are:

  • you entered an inexistent promotional code;
  • you entered an expired promotional code;
  • you entered a promotional code for a different product or subscription;
  • you have already applied a promotional code for the current purchase.

You can always ask Erix for the information about your project. Click the “Chat with Erix” button in the right corner of the app, then click any of the suggested by Erix questions or type your own project related question. Note that Erix will provide answers to you only if you have a project file opened.
I found a problem. How do I report it?

If you want to report a problem, click the “Chat with Erix” button in the right corner of the app, and click the “Want to report a problem” option. You will be redirected to our website where you can submit a ticket.
How can I change the view?

You can change the view by going to the "View" menu and select one of the available views. Another way to change the view is to select the desired view from the left side "View" bar. Also you can quickly change the view by selecting it from the drop-down list from the "Toolbar view name list".
How do I hide/remove the Gantt Ghart from the project plan?

The Gantt Chart can't be removed. If you want to hide the Gantt Chart in the Gantt Chart View, you could position the cursor on the middle bar between the grid and the Gantt Chart until a two-arrow icon appears and then drag the bar completely to the right. Also if you want only the tasks to be visible you can use the "Task Sheet" view.
Why can't team members sign in?

When you assign a new team member to your organization, the invited user will receive an email to join your organization. If the team member doesn’t have an account on our website, in the received email will be a link where the team member can set the password for his account. After that he needs to Sign In with his email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for the Sign In button).
