You can add resources from the Task Information menu. Select resources and write or select the resource/resources you want to add with the % you want the resources or with the number of items.
What is the best way to add a lot of resources for a task?

When you need to add multiple resources for a task the best way to do it is by entering the Task Information dialog box for that specific task.
What impact has not adding resource assignments to the schedule?

If you don't assign resources to tasks in your project, application calculates the schedule using durations, task dependencies, constraints, and project and task calendar information. If you do assign resources, the tasks are also scheduled according to resource calendars and assignment units, providing for more accurate scheduling.
What causes Resource Overallocation?

A resource overallocation can be caused by a resource assigned to work full-time on more than one task at the same time, increased duration of tasks or decreased unit availability for resources.
Costs in resources does not update in real time when I type in percentage in units

We do recalculation when OK button is pressed on Task Information dialog. If you need to see how changes of the units impact the cost, please insert Cost column near Resource Name column in grid. When resource units is changed also the cost value is recalculated.​
How do I change resource rates?

To change the resource rates on the View menu click on Resource Sheet. The resource rate should have its column set by default. If the Std Rate column does not appear in the table insert it and modify as desired the rates for resources.
Does the application calculate the total cost if I have per-use resources?

Project Plan 365 calculates cost totals as soon as rate-based resources and resources with per-use costs are assigned to tasks, per-use cost are taken into consideration.

What are resources?

Resources are typically people included in your project plan, whether or not they are assigned to tasks. However, a resource could also include anything that is used to complete a project, including, equipment and other materials. The whole project plan really starts when you've added resources and tasks are assigned to them.​
When I export to a PDF it is unreadable.

The Export to PDF functionality takes into consideration the settings you made in Page Setup dialog. Please set Scaling option in Page Setup dialog to a bigger value. You can also use the Print dialog in order to see a real time preview of the changes you make to the print settings.​​

The Timeline view can be found in the view bar from the left side of the app, together with the other supported views.
How can tasks be added to the Timeline view?

You can select which tasks from your project will be displayed in the Timeline. Tasks can be added to the Timeline view by double clicking in the empty Timeline area and then selecting the desired tasks from the dialog which appears. Another way to do this is to go to Gantt Chart view, open Task Information dialog for the desired task and then check the “Display on Timeline” option.
How can tasks be removed from Timeline view?

Tasks that were already added to the Timeline view can be removed by right clicking on the desired task and then selecting “Remove from Timeline”. Another way to do this is to go to Gantt Chart view, open Task Information dialog for the desired task and then uncheck the “Display on Timeline” option.

Can I use filters in a Network Diagram?

The Network Diagram view can use any of the task filters to display only the tasks you want to see. When you select a filter, the Network Diagram view displays the information as defined by that filter's criteria. The default filter is the All Tasks filter.
Where can I see the standard rate for my resource?

Information regarding resource's rates, including the standard rate, overtime rate, any per-use cost, and the date when the pay rate takes effect  can be found by clicking the desired resource - Resource menu tab - Resource Information - Cost.​

Where I can find the “Date range” option?

Date range is used to set the Start and Finish dates of the project. You can find the “Date range” option in the “Format” menu right after you set the Timeline view.
How can I copy the Timeline?

You can copy the Timeline into other documents like Word document, E-mail or PowerPoint presentation by right clicking in the Timeline area to select it and then press “Copy”. Then go and open the document in which you want to copy the Timeline, right click on the blank page and press “Paste”.
How can I move a task from the Timeline?

In the app, tasks from the Timeline View can be moved. You can move a task by clicking on it and then dragging it up, down or outside from the Timeline View, but it cannot be moved to the left or to the right because the start or the finish dates of that task cannot be changed.
Can the tasks from the Timeline be customized?

In the app, tasks from the Timeline can be customized by selecting the “Text styles”, “Font” functionalities from the “Format” menu.
