How do I apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription?

To apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription go to our Project Plan 365 Portal Page and Sign In with your Owner account. In “Account” page click on the “Renew Subscriptions” button. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, click on „Enter Promotional Code” label, type a valid promotional code and click on „Apply Code” button. Make sure the promotional code has been applied. Edit the billing info, then click on the “Place Order” button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions. You can also apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. Then, follow the steps mentioned above.

How do I apply a Promotional Code for Business Subscription?

To apply a promotional code, go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Business Subscription. Sign In with your email and password. In the Order Info Page select the desired quantity and click on „Enter Promotional Code” label. Then insert a valid Promotional Code an click the „Apply Code” button. Make sure the promotional code has been applied. Insert the billing info and credit card info then click on the “Place Order” button. Another way to apply a promotional code is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In “Account” page click the “Buy Subscription” button and follow the steps described above. Also, you can apply the promotional code directly in our Project Plan 365 app. Go to “File” menu – “Account” and click the “Purchase” button then follow the steps described above.

How do I apply a Promotional Code for Standard Subscription?

The Promotional Code applies to the entire selected quantity of subscriptions.
I’ve applied a Promotional Code but it doesn’t work.

The possible reasons why the code could not be applied are:

  • you entered an inexistent promotional code;
  • you entered an expired promotional code;
  • you entered a promotional code for a different product or subscription;
  • you have already applied a promotional code for the current purchase.

Is the "Complete Editor Universal Platform" licensed separately or is it included in the Business Plan?

If you already purchased the "Standard" subscription, you only need to pay the difference in order to upgrade to "Business" Subscription. Please know that the "Complete Editor" subscription is now the "Standard" subscription.

I renew my standard subscription from App Store. How can I update my Project 365 account info?

If you have renewed your subscription and the data has not been updated into the application please follow the steps below: 
1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store
2. Open application. 
3. Go to menu “Help” – “Subscriptions”. 
4. Press on “Restore Standard Subscription”. 
5. Wait for the confirmation message. 
6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account. 
I purchased Standard subscription from App Store. How can I use this subscription on another platform or device?

If you have bought your subscription from App Store and want to use it on other devices, please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.  
1. Open application.  
2. Go to menu “Help” menu – “Subscriptions”. 
3. Click on “Restore Standard Subscription”. 
4. Wait for the confirmation message. 
5. If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal
6. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account. 
7. Then, if you want to use the subscription on another device or platform you need to download and install on that device the latest app from Download page.  
8. Then Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).  
How to activate the standard subscription from App Store?

To activate your subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below: 
  1. First, please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open App Store, click on Store and see what's on “View My Account"). 
  2. Also please make sure you have now on MAC the same Region (the same with Region when you purchase the application from store).  
  3. Open Project Plan 365 app.

To purchase the Business Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:
1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from App Store.
2. Open the application.
3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to start a 30 days free trial. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button.
4. A dialog will be displayed that presents you the Project Plan 365 Subscription Plans.
5. Click the “Start Business Subscription” button.
Note: You can also go to “Help” menu and click the “Subscriptions” button. The click the “Start Business Subscription” button.
6. Insert your Apple ID and password.
7. Click the “Buy” button.
8. Click the “OK” button.
9. In the next dialog click the “Continue” button.
10. Then click again the “OK” button.
How can I use my subscription from App Store on other devices?

Can I change the price in Malaysian Ringgit?

Where can I find all my previous orders?

To see all your previous orders, please go to Project Plan 365 Portal – “Billing” tab and in the “Your Orders” section you will find all your previous orders. Note that only Admins can access the “Billing” tab.
I purchased the Business subscription from Microsoft Store. How can I use this subscription on another platform or device?

How to use Project Plan 365 app over different platforms and devices?

In order to use Project Plan 365 on multiple platforms (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) you should purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our website. You can purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our Purchase page. Please download and install our latest app from the Download page. In order to use the purchased subscription, just Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

If I buy the Project Plan 365 app can I invite multiple users?

You can purchase multiple subscriptions under the same account and then you can invite team members in your organization, and you can share the files created with your team. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.

How do I purchase the Business Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Business Subscription directly from our application, Sign In in our application with your Business trial account or Business Trial Expired account and click on the “Buy” button from the “Business Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar. Or go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button. A dialog will appear where you have to choose what subscription you want to buy (Standard or Business). After the desired subscription is chosen, another dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button.
