Once you’ve decided on the plan and users, you can purchase our yearly subscription for each Editor team member. Please know that the Read-Only team members can use the app for free. We sell only yearly subscription.

How many computers can we connect to the same account?

Each editor needs to purchase a Standard/Business Subscription from our website. You can purchase all subscriptions under one single account and this will be the owner of the organization. It is forbidden for multiple users to use the same account.

How to activate the subscription on Android device?

  1. First please check if you are signed in on Google Play with the account used to buy the subscription.
  2. Go inside application and go to the menu Help –  Subscriptions .
  3. Press on the Restore Editor Subscription button.
  4. Wait for the confirmation message.
How do I purchase the Standard Subscription from Google Play Store?

  1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Google Play Store.
  2. Open the application.
  3. Go to the Help menu – Subscriptions and click on the Start Complete Editor button.
  4. Click on “Continue” button from the Purchase Complete Editor dialog that appears.
  5. Choose the payment method.
  6. Confirm purchase.
How do I purchase the Standard Subscription from Project Plan 365 website?

To purchase the Standard Subscription from our website, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to our Purchase page.
  2. Press on the Buy Subscription button that is associated with the Standard Subscription.
  3. You will be redirected to the Sign In page. If you already have an account on our website, please enter your email and password and click on the Sign In button or Sign In with a third-party account.
  4. Select the desired quantity and insert the billing info and credit card info then click on the Place Order button.
  5. If the order was successful, you will be redirected to Thank You page.
  6. You will receive an email with the attached invoice on the email address used when you entered the credit card details.
  7. Download the application from our website.
  8. Open Project Plan 365 for Android application.
  9. Go to the Account menu and click on the Sign In button.
  10. Type your email and password and click on the Sign In button.
How do I purchase the Standard Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Standard Subscription directly from our application, Sign In in our application with your Standard Trial account or Standard Trial Expired account and click on the “Buy” button from the “Standard Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar. A dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button. A dialog will appear where you have to choose what subscription you want to buy (Standard or Business). After the desired subscription is chosen, another dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button.

How do I purchase the Business Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Business Subscription directly from our application, Sign In in our application with your Business trial account or Business Trial Expired account and click on the “Buy” button from the “Business Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar. A dialog will appear where you have to choose what subscription you want to buy (Standard or Business). After the desired subscription is chosen, another dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button.

Can we please enquire how this is metered, is it per user or per install?

Do I need to purchase a subscription for each user?

You need to purchase a subscription for each user that needs to edit the file (each Editor in your organization). For Read-Only team members, you don’t need to purchase a subscription. Please note that it is forbidden for multiple users to use the same account.

Why is my restore subscription button grayed out?

Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. Then, in My Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
4. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password or close and reopen the application.

I purchased Advanced Viewer subscription from Microsoft Store. How can I use this subscription on other platform or device?

1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from Microsoft Store.
2. Open application.
3. Go to menu Help - Subscriptions.
4. Press on Start Advanced-Viewer Subscription.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.
6. If you don’t have a Project 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal page.
7. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.
8. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other device or platform you need to download and install on that device the latest app from our Download page.
9. Sign In with your email and password inside Project Viewer 365 application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

I purchased Complete Editor subscription from App Store. How can I use this subscription on other platform or device?

If you have bought your subscription from App Store and want to use it on other devices please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.
1. Open the application.
