If you have renewed your subscription and the data has not been updated into the application please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.
2. Open application.
3. Sign In with your Project 365 expired account.
4. In the trial/subscription expired dialog click on Already purchased? button.
5. Press on “Restore Editor Business Subscription”.
6. Wait for the confirmation message.

To use the Business subscription purchased from App Store on other platforms, follow the steps below:

1. Download, install and open our application from App Store.
2. Create a new account or Sign In with an existing one that doesn't have any active subscription.
3. If you created a new account - in the Start Trial dialog click on the Restore Subscription button in the bottom right corner; If you Signed In with an expired account - click on the Already Purchased? button.
4. Click the Restore Business Editor Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
5. To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application.

To activate your Business Editor subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

1. First, please check if you are Signed In on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open App Store, click on Store and see what’s on “View My Account").
2. Also please make sure you have now on MAC the same Region (the same with Region when you purchase the application from store).
3. Open Project Viewer 365 app.
4. Create a new account or Sign In with an existing one that doesn't have any active subscription.
5. If you created a new account - in the Start Trial dialog click on the Restore Subscription button in the bottom right corner; If you Signed In with an expired account - click on the Already Purchased? button.
6. In the Subscriptions dialog click on the Restore Business Editor Subscription.
7. Wait for the confirmation message.

To purchase the Business Editor Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and install our latest Project Viewer 365 application from App Store.
2. Open the application.
3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to Sign In or Create an Account.
4. After clicking on Create Account button, type in an email and password or click on any third-party option and click Continue.
5. After signing up, the What do you want to do today? dialog will appear. Select the option that best describes how you want to use the app.
6. Click Start Free Trial to proceed with your selected option.
7. Make sure the "Business" option is selected from the Summary section and click Start Free Trial button.
8. Insert your Apple ID and password.
9. Click the “Buy” button.
10. Click the “OK” button.
11. In the next dialog click the “Continue” button.
12. Click the “OK” button.
13. Wait for the confirmation message.
14. Complete or skip the survey and create your first project.

To purchase the Standard Editor Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and install our latest Project Viewer 365application from App Store.
2. Open the application.
3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to Sign In or Create an Account.
4. After clicking on Create Account button, type in an email and password or click on any third-party option and click Continue.
5. After signing up, the What do you want to do today? dialog will appear. Select the option that best describes how you want to use the app.
6. Click Start Free Trial to proceed with your selected option.
7. Make sure the “Standard” option is selected from the Summary section and click Start Free Trial button.
8. Insert your Apple ID and password.
9. Click the “Buy” button.
10. Click the “OK” button.
11. In the next dialog click the “Continue” button.

To use the Standard subscription purchased from App Store on other platforms, follow the steps below:

1. Download, install and open our latest from Microsoft Store.
2. Sign In or Create a new account.
3. In the dialog that appears, click on the Restore Subscription button from the bottom-right corner.
4. Click the Restore Business Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
5. The subscription information will be automatically copied from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.
6. To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Microsoft Store.
2. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to Sign In or Create an Account.
3. Click on Create Account button, select the "Business" option from the Summary section, type in an email and password or click on any third-party option and click Continue
4. In the dialog that appears, select an option and click Continue.
5. In the next dialog, select the "Business" option from the Summary section and click Start Free Trial
6. In the following dialogs, add a payment method and click the "Next" button until trial is confirmed.
7. After Business Trial is started, you will be asked to complete a Survey (note that survey can be skipped).
8. Select if you want to Open an Existing Projector Create a New Project.
9. Now you are all set! 

To purchase the Standard Subscription from Microsoft Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Microsoft Store.
2. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to Sign In or Create an Account.
3. Click on Create Account button, select the "Standard" option from the Summary section, type in an email and password or click on any third-party option and click Continue
4. In the dialog that appears, select an option and click Continue.
5. In the next dialog, select the "Standard" option from the Summary section and click Start Free Trial
6. In the following dialogs, add a payment method and click the "Next" button until trial is confirmed.
7. After Standard Trial is started, you will be asked to complete a Survey (note that survey can be skipped).
8. Select if you want to Open an Existing Project or Create a New Project.
9. Now you are all set!

To cancel the Business trial for Project Viewer 365 from Microsoft Store, please go in our Online Portal and in Account page click on the Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on Cancel your free trial button. Select a reason or type one in then click on the Continue to cancel button for the next 3 steps. Click on Confirm Cancelation button. You will receive a confirmation email of cancelling the Auto-Renewal.

You can also cancel Auto-Renewal for the trial period from the Billing page, in the “Subscription Information” section click the Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on Cancel your free trial button. Select a reason or type one in then click on the Continue to cancel button for the next 3 steps. Click on Confirm Cancelation button. You will receive a confirmation email of cancelling the Auto-Renewal.

Please note that if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions you assigned in the trial period. The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. 2. Open the application.
3. When the application starts, a dialog will appear asking you to Sign In or Create an Account.
4. Click Create Account, then select the Business subscription option from the Summary section. Enter your email address and password, or choose one of the available third-party sign-up options, and click Continue.
5. After signing up, a dialog displaying the 14-day trial information will appear.
6. Make sure the Business option is selected in the Summary section, then click Start Free Trial.
7. You will be redirected to a browser page where you must enter the required billing information. Add a valid credit card number or choose Google Pay or Apple Pay, then click Start Trial to activate your 14-day Business trial.
8. Return to the Project Viewer 365 for Microsoft Store application and enjoy using the Business trial.

If you create an account for Project Viewer 365 but don't start a trial, your account will be inactive. In order to use the application, you need to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial.

Note: If you do not start a trial after signing up, you will receive an email reminder from us to activate your account. Simply click on the Activate Account button from the email, select the desired payment method and click the Start Trial button.

1. Go to our Project Plan 365 Portal Page and Sign In with your Owner account.
2. In Account page click on the Renew Subscriptions
3. Click on the View details button and select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew.
4. Click on the Add promotional code button, type in a valid promotional code and click Apply.
5. Enter a valid credit card and click on “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

To purchase the Standard Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Apple Store.
2. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to Sign In or Create an Account.
3. After clicking on Create Account button, select the “Standard” option from the Summary section, type in an email and password or click on any third-party option and click Continue.
4. After Signing Up, a dialog will be displayed that presents you the 14-days trial information.
5. Make sure the “Standard” option is selected from the Summary section and click Start Free Trial button.
6. Insert your Apple ID and password and then click Buy.
7. Confirm the subscription and accept the Subscription Terms.
8. Wait for the confirmation message.
9. Complete or skip the survey and create your first project.

To purchase the Business Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake, please go to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Standard. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Standard.
