For the data from your account to be updated after you renew your subscription please follow the steps below:1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from Microsoft Store.
2. Open application.
3. Go to menu "Help" - "Subscriptions".
4. Click the "Start Standard Subscription" button.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.
6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.

To enter the license key, go to menu Help – About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button. Insert the license key and click the Register button. Please note that if you purchased the Standard or Business Subscription for Project Plan 365 app, you don't need a license key, just Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app. The license key can be used only for local installed application on Mac and Windows devices.

In order to change the name of your organization, Sign In with your email and password in Online Portal, then in Account page insert the new name in the Business Name field. You can also change it directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account tab – Organization Information and click the Global Settings button. In Global Settings dialog (click any tab) type the new name in the Business Name field.

To download the latest version of Project Plan 365 please go to the https://www.projectplan365.com/download/ page - select the Platform and click on Download Project Plan 365 button. You will be redirected to the “Thank you for Downloading the Project Plan 365” page and the download will begin. If the download doesn’t begin, click on “Click here to try again” link. After that, follow the “Download Instructions” from the “Thank you for downloading Project Plan 365” page in order to locate the installer.

To change the role for a team member from Read-Only to Editor, Sign In in our Project 365 Online Portal and in Team Members page change the role for the desired team member. Note:
1. By default, the owner of the organization has the Editor role.
2. If you already purchased a subscription, please know that you need to purchase a subscription for each Editor team member.
3. You can add as many read-only team members as you need for free.
