How to enable “Local Logs”?

Local Logs are disabled by default but they can be enabled at any time. In order to enable “Local Logs”, go to the File menu – Options, select “Usage Data” tab and from Troubleshooting section, check the “Enable Local Logs” checkbox. After that click “OK” in the “Options” dialog for the changes to take effect. Events will start to be logged right away in the “Local Logs File”.
What does the “Local Logs” functionality do?

Local Logs is a system which logs in-app events that are stored locally in a text file which can be used in order to identify the steps for reproducing an error.
How do I open and save files in Microsoft Teams?

Here are the steps to open and save a project called "sample.mpp" from your organization's sharepoint:

1. Go to menu File-Open and click SharePoint
2. Select SharePoint Site
3. Enter URL for site. Is should be {sharepoint_url}/sites/{team_name}
4. Enter your credentials
5. Navigate in Documents\General
6. Select the project.

After that, the project can be saved from menu File – Save or command + s shortcut. If you need to save a new project, you need to go to menu File – Save As – SharePoint – SharePoint Site , navigate in Documents\General, enter project name and press Save.

Is there a way to implement a Window Tab where we can circle between opened Projects on Mac?

How can I start a trial?

To start the Standard Trial, please Sign Up on Project Plan 365 Portal. Once you created your account, in Account page you will see the details about the Standard Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team page and you can insert the Business Name in Account page.

In order to use the Standard Trial features, download and install our latest application from our Download page. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

Note: When you create an account on our website, automatically you will start a 30 days Standard Trial Subscription.

How do I start 30 days Business Trial if I purchased the Standard Subscription?

If you purchased the Standard subscription, to start 30 days Business Trial, please Sign In with your email and password in Project Plan 365 Portal and in Account page click on the Start 30 days Business Trial button.

After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team page and you can insert the Business Name in Account page.

In order to use the Business Trial features, download and install our latest application from our Download page. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

To set the password for your account, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click on the Set Password button. Insert the password and click on the Set Password button. A message will appear under Change Password link: “Your password was updated”.

To renew the Standard Subscription, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your Owner account. In Account page click on Renew Subscriptions button. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click on the Place Order button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
4. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password or close and reopen the application.

How do I upgrade to Business Subscription?

To upgrade to Business Subscription, go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click on the Upgrade to Business button.

Click on the Upgrade to Business Now button. You are redirected to a page where you enter your Credit Card information.

Note: When you upgrade from Standard to Business Subscription, the end date will be automatically calculated.

In order to customize the organization template schedule for a team member from Online Portal, go to Team – Schedule and from the drop-down select Custom. A dialog will be displayed where you can set the Number of working hours per day. Click on Set Schedule in order for the changes to be applied.

To add a holiday to your organization template from Online Portal, go to Options tab and click on Add New Holiday. A dialog will be displayed that allows you to set holiday’s Name, Start Date, End Date and Yearly option. To save the holiday, click on Add Holiday and the changes will be applied to your Organization Template.

Is the Organization Template customization from Online Portal applied in the application?

Any customization from Online Portal will be automatically applied in the application’s Organization Template. For example, if you set the Show project summary task to Yes from Online Portal - Options tab and then go into the app to FileInfoOrganization Template, you will notice that the changes have been applied and the project summary task is displayed.

Why I can't change values in the fields?

In order to edit and save .mpp files, you need to have an active account with the role set as Editor. You can verify your role by accessing our Online Portal Page. Sign In with your email and password, click on Team tab and check your role.

To change the password for your account, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page, click on the Change Password link. Insert the old password and the new password and click on the Change Password button. A message will appear under the Change Password link: “Your password was updated.
