To change the constraint to a task, select the given task and click on Task - Task Information - Advanced. Constraint information is in the Constraint type and Constraint date boxes. Change the Constraint Type and click on the Ok button.

In order to apply a line for the current date, go to Gantt Chart view and go to menu Format - Gridlines and select the Current Date.  Set the color and the line type and click on the OK button.
Can I use the Dashboard functionality on the web application?

To set baseline start/duration/finish first set them in the Entry table and then use set baseline option under menu Project - Set Baseline.

How do I create a master project file?

To create a master project with subprojects first you need to make sure that you purchased the Business Subscription from our website.
Go to menu Project - Subproject -  Drive 365 or Computer. Select the desired mpp file and click Open.

Why is the Late Start Date field different to the Start Date field?

The Late Start Date field represents the latest date an activity can start without affecting the planned project finish date. The Start Date field shows the date when a task is scheduled to begin.

Does the question mark in the Duration box have any meaning?

The default duration for new tasks has a question mark (1d?). The question mark indicates that the duration is an estimate. Add a question mark to any duration estimate. Remove the question mark to indicate a committed duration.

Why the weekend days are black now?

In order to change the color for weekend days or non-working days, please double click on the Timescale bar in Gantt Chart view. Go to Non-working time tab and on Color section select a new color and press Ok.
I want to do page set up but they are telling me the from date must be before to date.

In order to evaluate the real-time collaboration feature, please start a 30 days Business Trial on our Project Plan 365 Portal: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignUp. Then, Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app and open a file previously saved in My Projects - Drive 365 cloud service. Then, enable the Collaboration by going to menu Team – Collaborate.
Where to enter the license key?

To enter the license key, go to menu Help - Register. Insert the license key and click on the Register button. Please note that if you purchased the Standard or Business Subscription for Project Plan 365 app, you don't need a license key, just Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

To flag a task you can insert a custom field of type Flag. Go to menu Format - Insert Column. Select a field from Flag1-20 insert a Title and click on the Ok button.
How to change the marked status to yes?

We are sorry, but the Marked task field is not editable at this point. As a workaround, you can insert a column of type Flag in your project.
