To install Project Viewer for Mac download the PKG install Program from our site: https://projectviewercentral.com/download/ and follow these steps:
1. Log on to your computer with administrative rights.
2. Locate the Project Viewer pkg install program.
3. Run ProjectViewer_365_Mac.pkg and follow the onscreen instructions.
4. Click Close to end the installation process. After installation, the application is automatically installed in the /Applications folder, and the application icon appears in Launchpad.​​

2. Open Project Plan 365 app.
3. Go to File - Print - Page Setup
4. Select Options and on Printer field select CutePDF Writer, then press OK.
5. On paper size select ISO A0.

3. Change the view so it shows only the data you want to share. For example: Hide subtasks to show only top-level tasks. Sort tasks or dates to highlight specific info. Hide columns temporarily so they don't appear in the printout.
4. Use the Print option to print the active view of the current project.
5. Your selected printer is shown at the top of the Print dialog box.
6. Using the Page Setup option you can choose how much of the project to print.

8. Set other printing options, like the number of copies, page orientation and paper size, then press OK.​

How do I copy a task?

To copy the row corresponding to a task or resource using the Copy command can be accessed in several ways: copy option under Task tab, CTRL+C combination on your keyboard or select Copy Task or Copy Resource from the contextual menu after you right click on a task/resource ID.

After you copied the entire row, you must use the Paste command to copy the task or resource in another destination location from your project. To perform this, you have several possibilities: either use CTRL+V combination on your keyboard, click on Paste option from the Task menu or select Paste option from the contextual menu after you right click on a task/resource ID.​​​​​

If I copy a task will it copy all its data?

When you copy a task following information about it will be copied: task name, duration, work, cost, start and finish dates, constraints, task calendar, task mode, task type, assigned resources, %complete, %work complete, notes, actual duration, remaining duration, actual cost, remaining cost, actual work, remaining work, baseline start, baseline finish, baseline work, hyperlink, address and subaddress.

To copy a task click Copy option from Task tab, press CTRL+C or select Copy Task from contextual menu after you right click on a task.

In order to paste a task, select the rows where you want to paste the selection and Click Paste.

How can I enter in real-time collaboration mode?

Please follow the steps below in order to access the real-time collaboration feature:
1. Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.
2. Go to File - Open - My Projects – Drive 365.
3. Select the mpp file from cloud and click open.
4. A pop-up window will appear: "Do you want to open this project in exclusive mode?"
5. Press No.
6. Now you are in Collaborative mode.

How can I use Master project and subprojects feature on MPP files?

In order to use the Master project and subprojects feature, you need to upgrade to business trial from Online Portal if you do not have a Business Subscription.

Just Sign in with your email and password in Online Portal page then click on Upgrade to Business button: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignIn.

Then, open Project Plan 365 application and Sign In with your email and password (look upper right corner for Sign In button). Save your projects to your Business Drive 365 folder.

After all your projects were saved on Drive 365, you can create a master plan by adding the subprojects from menu Project - Subproject - Drive 365.

Each time I try to use OneDrive or a link to access my Microsoft Project plan, the application crashes.

​You can print a set of selected rows by following the steps:
1. Go to menu tab Project and select Filter button
2. Then select filter by Task Range
3. It will appear a dialog. In the first textbox put 5 and in the second one 25. Press ok.

OR

1. Go to menu tab Project and select AutoFilter button
5. In task name column, create a filter to show only tasks from 5 to 25.
6. Then in Print Preview dialog you will see only tasks from 5 to 25 and you can print them.

How can I make the grid lines bolder?
