To save a file to Dropbox, go to the File menu, then click Save As ( also click the Other locations dropdown if on Mac), then select the Dropbox cloud. Type in a name for your file and press Save.

To open a password protected subproject, go to “Project” – “Subproject” – “Computer” / “Drive 365” and choose the desired project from local device or “Drive 365” cloud. Click the “Open” button, and then type the password in “Password” dialog. The subproject will be added to your master project.

To open a password protected project plan is the same as opening any plan. Go to “File” – “Open” – “Computer” / or Clouds and choose the desired project. Click the “Open” button, and then type the password in “Password” dialog.

How can I save my files to SharePoint Site?

In order to save your files to SharePoint, go to the File menu - Save As (also click the Other Locations dropdown if on Mac) - SharePoint, choose SharePoint Site, enter the URL address of the SharePoint site, authenticate with your Microsoft account if not authenticated, type the name of the file and press "Save".

How can I save files to iCloud Drive?

The Save to iCloud Drive option is available only on Mac platform. In order to save files to iCloud Drive, go to the “File” – “Save As” – click the “Other locations” dropdown and select iCloud Drive. Type the name of the file and press "Save".

I used the Silent Install command with license key but the key wasn’t applied to the application.

If you used the Silent Install with license key command but the key wasn’t applied to the application, please make sure you deleted the data from AppData first. The AppData folder should be located in the Local Disc C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Housatonic
How do I permanently renumber task IDs when sorting by start date?

Answer
When using the Sort functionality the tasks are rearranged in the current view based on the specified criteria. When sorting the tasks by Start Date the task IDs are automatically rearranged.
We are sorry but at this point it is not possible to sort by date and also rearrange the task IDs in numerical order. They only appear in numerical order only when you are using the “sort by ID” option.
Can I export to PowerPoint on Mac?

The "Export to PowerPoint" functionality works only on Windows and Web Platforms.
Is there an option to set work contour for my project?

We are sorry but, at this point, the "Work Contour" field is not editable in our application.
The Critical Path option is grayed out and not accessible.

Please make sure you are using the Views that have the Gantt Chart for the "Critical Path" feature to be enabled, like: Gantt Chart, Risk View, Tracking Gantt.

To remove the Slack Time for a task, select the task, go to Task menu - Task Information - Predecessors tab and in the Lag time grid type 0 days.

To apply a promotional code, go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Standard Subscription. Sign In with your email and password. In the Order Info Page select the desired quantity and click on „Enter Promotional Code” label. Then insert a valid Promotional Code an click the „Apply Code” button. Make sure the promotional code has been applied. Insert the billing info and credit card info then click on the “Place Order” button.Another way to apply a promotional code is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click  the “Buy Subscription” button and follow the steps described above.Also, you can apply the promotional code directly in our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button then follow the steps described above.

In order to change the Timescale to quarters, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Middle Tier tab, from "Timescale Options" section select "One Tier (Middle)", from "Units" field select "Quarters" and then click OK.
