Then, go to Team page and assign the read-only role for the necessary team-members. After that, click on the Renew Subscriptions button in My Account page.

How do I access Page Setup for reports on Mac?

You can access only the Print dialog where you can adjust the Page Orientation and Paper Size.

To do this, you need to select the desired report and then press “Select”. Then, the Print dialog will appear where you can make the adjustment. You can then press the “Print” or “Save as PDF” options.

In order to Sign Out from the application, go to menu File-Account and click on the Sign Out button. Another way is to click on the dropdown arrow near your email address in the top right corner, then click Sign Out.

How to change the height of the legend?

In order to change the height of the legend, go to the File menu - Print - Page Setup dialog. Click on "Legend" tab and from "Width" select the desired value and press "OK".
I notice that you update the project planning software fairly often. Will I get an email when the latest version is live?

How do I split the costs for a task per months?

You can create subtasks with Phases 1, 2, 3..12. For each Phase/month you can assign the costs.

Why did the time settings not change automatically even though I changed it from the Options dialog?

The “Default End/Start” times are used when the user does not set a time for the dates he writes in “Finish/Start” fields.

Related to the fact that you have to change the values also in “Change working time”, this is also advised in Microsoft Project. This is encouraged because even though the settings are not equivalent, the values from default end time and project calendar end times should be the same to avoid confusions.

How do I change the start date for Task 0?

We are sorry but the Start and Finish fields for the task with ID 0 aren't editable in grid. If you want to edit the Start date of your project, you can use the Move Project option. For more information about the Move Project functionality, please read the Move Project article.
Why I cannot open a .MPP file from Project Online?

Most likely, the issue is caused because the URL includes the entire path to your .MPP file. Please make sure the link looks like this: {sharepoint_url}/sites/pwa. For example: https://name.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa

To change the color of the text inside the Gantt bars, please go to menu Format – Text Styles and select Bar Text Inside then make the desired changes and click OK.
