How do I cancel the auto-renewal?

There are three possibilities:

  1. If you purchased a subscription from our website and you want to cancel the auto-renewal, please follow the steps from the Cancel Subscription
  2. If you purchased a subscription from App Store and you want to cancel the auto-renewal, you will need to follow the steps from Apple Support as we have no control over your apple account.
  3. If you purchased a subscription from Microsoft Store and you want to cancel the auto-renewal, you will need to follow the steps from Microsoft Store as we have no control over your Microsoft account.
I purchased the Business subscription from Microsoft Store. How can I use this subscription on another platform or device?

To use the Business subscription purchased from Microsoft Store on other platforms, follow the steps below:

  1. Downloadinstall and open our latest from Microsoft Store.
  2. Go to menu Help – Subscriptions.
  3. Click the Restore Business Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
  4. If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up here.
  5. Sign In inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.
  6. To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).
I purchased Business Subscription from App Store. How can I use this subscription on another platform or device?

To purchase the Standard Subscription from our website, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Purchase page.
  2. Press on the Buy Subscription button under the Standard Subscription.
  3. In the Sign In page, if you already have an account on our website, insert your email and password and click on the Sign In button or Sign In with a third-party account.
  4. Select the desired quantity, insert the Billing Info and Credit Card Info then click on the Place Order button.
  5. If the order was successful, you will be redirected to Thank You page and you will receive an email with the invoice attached.
  6. Download the application from our website and Sign In with your email and password in order to use the purchased subscription.
How do I start trial or purchase the Standard Subscription from App Store?

To purchase the Standard Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Apple Store.
  2. Once you open the application the Get Started dialog will appear. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button.
  3. A dialog will be displayed that presents you the Project Plan 365 Subscription Plans.
  4. Click the Start Standard Subscription button.
  5. Insert your Apple ID and password and then click Buy.
  6. Confirm the subscription and accept the Subscription Terms.
  7. Wait for the confirmation message.
  8. In the Sign Up to Project Plan 365 dialog, insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third party account.
  9. Click the Sign Up to Project Plan 365 button.
How do I start trial or purchase the Standard Subscription from Microsoft Store?

  1. Download and install our latest Project Plan 365 application from Microsoft Store.
  2. Once you open the application the Get Started dialog will appear. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button.

  5. In the dialog that appears click the Continue button and enter the Credit Card information to purchase the subscription.

How can I purchase additional subscriptions?

In order to purchase more subscriptions, you need to Sign In in our Portal Page, go to the Account tab and click on the “Buy more subscriptions” button. Insert the Credit Card info and Billing info and click on the “Place order” button.
After that, the subscriptions can be assigned to the team members. For more information about how to assign the purchased subscriptions, you can check our Manage Team members online help article.
How can I cancel my subscription on Project Plan 365?

To cancel your subscription from App Store please follow the instruction from Apple Support. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

To cancel your subscription from Microsoft Store please follow the instruction from Microsoft Store. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

If you started a trial on our website and you don’t want to be charged when it expires, please go in our Online Portal and in Account page click on the Cancel Subscription button. Click on Stop Auto-Renewal button. Select a reason and a comment then click on the Stop Auto-Renewal button. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

You can also cancel Auto-Renewal for the trial period from the Billing page, in the “Subscription Information” section click the “Manage subscription renewal options”. A dialog will be displayed where you can click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button, then to enter a reason why you want to stop the Auto-Renewal and click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button again. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

Please note that if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions you assigned in the trial period. The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

If you purchased a subscription from our website and you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, go to Project Plan 365 Portal, click the “Billing” tab and in the “Subscription Information” section click the “Manage subscription renewal options”. A dialog will be displayed where you can click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button, then to enter a reason why you want to stop the Auto-Renewal and click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button again. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

Note that if you cancel the Auto-Renewal, you will have to manually renew the subscriptions to avoid service interruption.

I upgraded to Business Trial and I would like to cancel the Standard Trial before it kicked in at the end of the 30 days trial.

On our website, once you upgraded to Business Trial Subscription, you won't be separately charged after your Standard Trial Subscription expires. Your Standard Trial is automatically connected to the Business Trial.

How do I apply a Promotional Code for Standard Subscription?

To apply a promotional code, go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Standard SubscriptionSign In with your email and password. In the Order Info Page select the desired quantity and click on „Enter Promotional Code” label. Then insert a valid Promotional Code an click the „Apply Code” button. Make sure the promotional code has been applied. Insert the billing info and credit card info then click on the “Place Order” button.Another way to apply a promotional code is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click  the “Buy Subscription” button and follow the steps described above.Also, you can apply the promotional code directly in our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button then follow the steps described above.

Does the Promotional Code apply to more that one subscription?

The Promotional Code applies to the entire selected quantity of subscriptions.
I’ve applied a Promotional Code but it doesn’t work.

The possible reasons why the code could not be applied are:

  • you entered an inexistent promotional code;
  • you entered an expired promotional code;
  • you entered a promotional code for a different product or subscription;
  • you have already applied a promotional code for the current purchase.

Is the "Complete Editor Universal Platform" licensed separately or is it included in the Business Plan?

If you already purchased the "Standard" subscription, you only need to pay the difference in order to upgrade to "Business" Subscription. Please know that the "Complete Editor" subscription is now the "Standard" subscription.

How can I cancel my Standard Subscription from App Store?

If you have renewed your subscription and the data has not been updated into the application please follow the steps below: 
1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store
2. Open the application. 
3. Go to menu “HelpSubscriptions”. 
4. Click on “Restore Standard Subscription”
5. Wait for the confirmation message. 
6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.  
How to enter my region to be able to purchase if I'm not in USA?

Can I change the price in Malaysian Ringgit?

The prices on our website are in dollars but if you have your credit card in another currency, the conversion should make automatically when you purchase.
Can you send invoice after purchase?

We automatically send to you the invoice attached to the confirmation order email. We send the confirmation order email on the email address you used when you placed the order.  You can also download the invoice from Project Plan 365 Portal by going to “Billing” tab – “Your Orders” section and click the “Invoice” action associated with the order you are interested in. Note that only Admins can access the “Billing” tab.
