To Sign Up with a Microsoft account, go to our Sign Up page and click on the Sign Up with Microsoft button. Insert your email address and password. You will receive an email with details about your account. Now you have a 14 days Standard free trial.

The reason why you are asked to upgrade is because when you Signed Up to Project Plan 365 you probably didn’t add billing information and didn’t actually start a Standard or Business Trial. To start a 14-day free trial please add your card information. Click here to learn more about how to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial. You can always cancel Auto-Renewal so you wouldn’t be charged when the trial period expires.

In order to Sign In with your Microsoft account inside Project Plan 365 application, open the application and in the Sign In dialog that is prompted, click on the “Sign In with Microsoft” button. A pop-up dialog will appear where you need to type your Microsoft email address and password and click on the “Sign In” button.

Please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from our website or Microsoft/Apple Store. In our website application the Sign In dialog will be prompted while in the Store apps, on the top right corner, you should see the Sign In button. Or you can also go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button.

If you have bought a subscription from our website and inside the application it still states you are still in trial or Free Read-Only mode, please Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app. (in Sore and Web apps, look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

Go to the backstage menu Account on your Android device. Click on the Sign In button and enter your email and password. The Account menu for Android devices is available only in the application from our website. Please download and install our latest application from the Download page. Then, from backstage, click on the Account menu.

To use the subscription purchased from App Store on other platforms, follow the steps below:
- Download, install and open our application from App Store.
- Go to menu Help – Subscriptions.
- Click the Restore Standard/Business Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
- If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up here.
- Sign In inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.
- To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

3. Go to menu “Help” – “Subscriptions”.
4. Click on “Restore Standard Subscription”.

If you have already purchased but your subscription still shows up as a trial, you need to restore the subscription in Project Plan 365 app. In order to restore your subscription, please go to the File menu – Account tab – Account Information subtab and click on the “Restore Subscription” button. Another way to restore your subscription is to Sign Out and back Sign In inside the application.

If you have purchased the Enterprise license from our website and want to use it on another device, please download and install our latest application from our Download page. Open the application and go to Help menu– About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button .
