How to rename an existing project in Google Drive?

In order to rename an existing project in Google Drive cloud, right- click on the project you want to rename and choose Rename option in the contextual menu. In the Rename Project dialog that appeared, enter the new project name and click OK button.

Note: On Windows and Web, projects from Google Drive can be renamed only directly from your Google Drive account.

How to search for a file in Google Drive?

In order to search for a file in Google Drive cloud file picker, in the search box in the file picker start typing part of the file name you want to find. As you type, the results for your search will be shown. 

How to delete a project from Google Drive?

In order to delete a project from Google Drive cloud, go to the File menu - Open - Google Drive. From the file picker, right-click on the file you want to remove and select Delete option from the contextual menu. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

Note: On Windows and Web, projects from Google Drive can be deleted only directly from your Google Drive account.

How to create a new folder in Google Drive?

In order to create a new folder in Google Drive cloud, click on New Folder button, enter the name for the folder you want to create in Create New Folder dialog and click OK button or Enter key. The folder will be created in the current directory with the entered name.

Note: On Windows and Web, new folders in Google Drive can be created only directly from your Google Drive account.

How do I open a project saved on Google Drive?

To access a project plan from Google Drive, click File - Open - Google Drive. A message will appear that says to Sign In with your Google account in the web page you are redirected to. After that, select an account or type your credentials. Go back to the application.

There are several ways to open a project from the file picker:

  1. Double click on a project;
  2. Select a project and click Select button;
  3. Select a project and click Enter key.
Why doesn’t Erix AI show the entire list of tasks/resources?

Erix AI can show only 5 tasks/resources per answer. To see the full list of tasks/resources, ask Erix AI to show them by typing in “Show next tasks/resources” and press Enter.Note: You can also just type in "next" or "more" for Erix AI to display the next tasks/resources.

The following Microsoft Project file formats are supported: Microsoft Project files 2010, Microsoft Project files 2013, Microsoft Project files 2016, Microsoft Project files 2019, Microsoft Project files 2021 and Microsoft Project files 2024. In this way, you don't need to have Microsoft Project installed on your device so that you can access MS Project information.

How do I renew the Business Subscription directly from the application?

Subscriptions will automatically renew if the Auto-Renewal is enabled.

If the Auto-Renewal is disabled, you can manually renew the Business subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 application by going to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. A pop-up dialog will appear. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, edit the billing info, then click the Place Order button.

Note: For users using the Stripe payment services, to renew the Business Subscription, go to menu File – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. You will be redirected to your default browser. Click on the View details button and select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, enter a valid credit card and click on “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click on the Place Order button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

To apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Project Plan 365 Portal Page and Sign In with your Owner account.
  2. In Account page click on the Renew Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, click on Enter Promotional Code label, type a valid promotional code and click on Apply Code button.
  4. Make sure the promotional code has been applied.
  5. Edit the billing info, then click on the Place Order button.

Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

Note: For users using the Stripe payment services, to apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your Owner account. In Account page click the Renew Subscriptions button. To apply a promotional code, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Business Subscription.
  2. Sign In with your email and password.
  3. In the Payment Information Page click on „Add Code” button.
  4. Insert a valid Promotional Code and click Apply.
  5. Add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.
