How do I start a 14-Day Standard Trial?

To start the Standard Trial, please go to our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page and click on the “Start free trial” button. Type your email address and a password, select the Standard Subscription option from the Summary panel, then click on the “Continue” button. Once you created your account, fill in all the required information and add a valid credit card number then click on the “Start trial” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment for your 14-day Standard Trial to start. In Account and Billing pages you will see the details about the Standard Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team Members page.

In order to use the Standard Trial features, download and install our latest application from our Download page. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 14-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

What happens if I create an account but don't start a trial?

If you create an account but don't start a trial, your account will be inactive. In order to use the application, you need to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial.Note: If you do not start a trial after signing up, you will receive an email reminder from us to activate your account. Simply click on the Activate Account button from the email, select the desired payment method and click the Start Trial button.
Do I need to re-enter payment details when switching plans?

No. If you’re still in your trial, no payment is collected. Your payment method will be charged only when the trial ends and the subscription starts.
Can I switch plans more than once during the trial?

Yes. As long as you’re still in the trial period, you can change your plan at any time using the Manage plan dialog.
Where do I find the “Manage plan” option?

You can find the Manage plan button in the Account or Billing tabs in our Online Portal, or in the Account/Billing section from File menu in the app.
Do I need to contact support to cancel my trial?

No. You can complete the entire cancellation or plan switch process from your portal or app by going to Account or Billing page and clicking Manage plan.
What happens after cancelling my trial?

Once cancelled, your access to app features will end and your account will no longer be active unless another plan is selected.
Can I cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges?

Yes. You can cancel at any time during the trial to ensure you’re not automatically charged when it ends.
Are there any benefits offered before cancellation is completed?

Yes. During the cancellation process, you’ll be reminded of the features you’ll lose and shown an exclusive offer designed to help you continue with a better experience.
Can I change my mind during the cancellation process?

Yes. At any step in the cancellation flow, you can choose to keep your plan instead of continuing. Just click Keep your plan or close the dialog.
Is feedback required when cancelling my trial?

You’ll be asked to select at least one reason for cancellation. There is also an optional field where you can provide additional feedback to help us improve our services.
What if I accidentally cancel my trial — can I undo it?

Once the cancellation process is finalized, it cannot be undone. However, you can always return to the Manage plan section and purchase a new subscription at any time.For more information, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
Will I be notified after switching or cancelling a plan?

Yes. After any change to your subscription, such as switching plans or cancelling your trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of the action.
Where can I compare available subscription plans?

You can compare plans by going in our Online Portal to Account or Billing page. Click on Manage plan and then Change your plan. The dialog shows each available plan with details and a Learn more link for each option.
Will I get a better deal if my trial ends but payment fails?

Yes. If the trial ends and the system cannot process the payment, you will receive an email with a time-sensitive offer to continue your subscription at a better rate. The offer will be available for a limited time, and you can access it directly from the email.
How to manage the trial cancelation?

To manage the trial cancelation, in our Online Portal go to Account or Billing page and click Manage plan. In the dialog, click Cancel your free trial. Select or add a reason then click on Continue to cancel during each step, on the last step click on Confirm cancellation. After completing the process, a confirmation email will be sent.Note: You can also manage the trial cancelation directly from the app by going to menu File - Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.
How to switch my plan during the trial?

To switch your plan, in our Online Portal go to the Account or Billing page and click on Manage plan. In the dialog that opens, click Change your plan. You’ll see the available plans, with your current one labeled as such. Click Select plan on the desired option. The change is applied instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.Note: You can also switch the plan directly from the app by going to menu File - Account or Billing, and click Manage plan and follow the same steps as above.
What is the “Manage Plan” functionality?

The Manage Plan feature allows you to easily change your subscription plan or cancel your trial directly from the Account or Billing section of your portal or app. You can compare plans, switch to a different one, or end your trial before it converts into a paid subscription.
Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake, please go to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Standard. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Standard.

Why can’t I see the “Cancel Subscriptions” button?

There are 2 possibilities why you can’t see the “Manage Plan” button:

  1. You are not the owner of the account or don’t have Admin rights.
  2. You already cancelled Auto-Renewal for your trial account.

If you have any questions about the Auto-Renewal for your trial account, please submit an online ticket with your request at our Support.

Why after I canceled the Business Trial, I cannot revert to Business Trial?

If you cancelled the Business Trial, you can change the plan back to Business by going to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Business. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Business.

How to cancel the Business Trial Subscription and revert to Standard Subscription?

To revert to Standard Subscription after you started the Business trial please go to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Standard. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Standard.

Can I experience collaborative mode during the trial period?

In order to evaluate the real-time collaboration feature, please start a 14 days Business Trial on our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page by clicking on the “Start free trial” button. Then, Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app and open a file previously saved in My Projects - Drive 365 cloud service. Then, enable the Collaboration by going to menu Share – Real-Time Collaboration.

How do I Sign Up with a Microsoft account?

To Sign Up with a Microsoft account, go to our Sign Up page and click on the Sign Up with Microsoft button. Insert your email address and password. You will receive an email with details about your account. Now you have a 14 days Standard free trial.

I've Signed In/Signed Up inside the application but it says I need to upgrade.

The reason why you are asked to upgrade is because when you Signed Up to Project Plan 365 you probably didn’t add billing information and didn’t actually start a Standard or Business Trial. To start a 14-day free trial please add your card information. Click here to learn more about how to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial. You can always cancel Auto-Renewal so you wouldn’t be charged when the trial period expires.
