Does the Enterprise license have any geographical restrictions?

How many resources can I assign to Business when I am in Business Trial?

When you assign a user to your business if he has an account he will receive an email to join your Business. If the assigned resource doesn't have an account, the user receives also a link inside the email in order to set the password for his new account.​​

2. In Account page click on Upgrade to Business button. 
3. Insert the name of your Business and click on Create button.

Can I assign my subscription to someone else?

Can we assign a role so that a user can edit plan but not delete tasks?

The Editor has full control over an mpp file. The Collaborator can only edit some columns specified by the Editor. The Viewer can only open and read the file.
If I buy the perpetual model will I pay only for support and maintenance in the future?

The payment for the perpetual model is made once. In the first payment, it is included one year of free maintenance and support. After this, you will need to for yearly support and maintenance or use the application with no access to the latest updates or support.
If I buy the perpetual model and do not sign up for maintenance and support will the product still work?

If you buy the perpetual model but do not pay for maintenance and support you will still be able to use the product but will not get access to latest releases or support unless the product is repurchase at full price.
Why is the Business edition not supporting the mobile platforms?

The Business Subscription is available for iOS devices. On Android devices, you can Sign In with your email and password, but the real-time collaboration and the master project and subprojects features are not available at this point.
How do I see when my subscription expires?

If you have paid from a Store and cannot edit or use the application please follow the activation specific steps for the Store from which you have bought the subscription. If you purchased from our website, please Sign In with your email and password inside the application.

Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Individual Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. If you have files in Drive 365, please save them to your local machine.
4. Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
5. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password.
I purchased Complete Editor subscription from Microsoft Store. How can I use this subscription on other platform or device?

To use your subscription on multiple platforms please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from Microsoft Store.
2. Open application.
3. Go to menu Help - Subscriptions.
4. Press on Start Complete Editor Subscription.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.
6. If you don’t have a Project 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal page: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignUp.
7. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.
8. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other device or platform you need to download and install on that device the latest app from this link: https://www.projectplan365.com/download/.
9. Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

How to activate the subscription from App Store?

To activate your subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below:
1. First please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open App Store, Click on Store and see what's on ˜View My Account").
2. Also please make sure you have now on MAC the same Region (the same with Region when you purchase the application from store). 
3. Open Project Viewer 365 app. 
4. Go to menu Help - Subscription and Press Restore Editor Subscription. or Restore Advanced View-Only Subscription.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.
6. Restart application.
7. After restart, the application will be unlocked.
