To activate your subscription from App Store first please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open App Store, Click on Store and see what's on "View My Account"). Also please make sure you have now on MAC the same Region (the same with Region when you purchase the application from store). Open Project Plan 365 app. Go to menu Help - Subscription and Press Restore Editor Subscription. Wait for confirmation message. Restart application. After restart, application will be unlocked.
How can I cancel my trial on Project Plan 365?

If you downloaded the trial version from App / iTunes Store then Apple store will bill you automatically after 30 days. You need to make sure you cancel your subscription before 30 days. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. In Windows Store - they will ask you to confirm that you agree with purchase so you can say No: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027815/microsoft-account-cancel-a-microsoft-subscription. And with the account created on our website - we do nothing - the only thing it’s that once the trial expires you will not be able to use it until you purchase it.​

Go to menu Help - Subscriptions. Press on Restore Advanced-Viewer Subscription. Wait for confirmation message. If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal page: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignUp. Sign In with your email and password inside application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other device or platform you need to download and install on that device the latest app from the following link: https://projectviewercentral.com/download/. Then Sign In with your email and password inside Project Viewer 365 application (look upper right corner for Sign In button). Open Project Viewer 365 app. Go to menu Help - Subscriptions. Press on Start Advanced Viewer Subscription button. Wait for confirmation message. Restart application. ​Please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from our website or from Microsoft/Apple Store. On the Right top corner you should see the Sign in button. Also in Help Menu, Register screen you should be able to Sign In as well​.

Can you send invoice after purchase?

If you have purchased the subscription from App Store, Microsoft Store or Google Play Store we cannot generate any invoice for orders because the order was not placed with us and because we have no access to your account. You will need to contact them directly to obtain the invoice. We cannot reach out to them in your behalf.​​
We have been attempting to purchase but the online system is failing to let us process the purchase, with message of "Invalid Requested Domain".

The application blocks when I click on Sign In button.

Looks like your firewall settings are preventing our app to connect to our server to activate and that's why the app blocks when you click on Sign In button.  Or maybe you connect with VPN and that may cause the issue.​​
