How do I Sign Up with an Apple account?

To Sign Up with an Apple account, go to our Sign Up page and click on the Sign Up with Apple button. Insert your Apple ID and password. Wait for the two-factor authentication code. Insert the code. Afterwards, choose if you want to Share or Hide your email. If you choose the Hide My Email option, we suggest you share with us a real/valid email for better user experience. You will receive an email with details about your account. Once your account was created, you will be redirected to the Subscription Plans page. Click on the “Try 1-month free” button under the desired Subscription. Fill in all the required information and a valid credit card number then click on the “Start Standard/Business Subscription” for your 30-day Standard/Business Trial to start.

Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 30-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions during your trial period only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. How can I cancel my trial on Project Plan 365?

If you downloaded the trial version from App / iTunes Store then Apple store will bill you automatically after 30 days. You need to make sure you cancel your subscription before 30 days. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

In Windows Store - they will ask you to confirm that you agree with the purchase so you can say No:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027815/microsoft-account-cancel-a-microsoft-subscription.

And with the account created on our website - you should cancel the Auto-Renewal by going to our Project Plan 365 Portal and in the Account page click on the Cancel Subscription button. Click on Stop Auto-Renewal button. Insert the reason and a comment then click on the Stop Auto-Renewal button. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

How do I start a 30-Day Standard Trial?

To start the Standard Trial, please go to our Project Plan 365 Portal, type your email address and a password then click on the “Sign Up” button. Once you created your account, you will be redirected to the Subscription Plans page. Click on the “Try 1-month free” button under Standard Subscription. Fill in all the required information and a valid credit card number then click on the “Start Standard Subscription” for your 30-day Standard Trial to start. In Account and Billing pages you will see the details about the Standard Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team Members page.In order to use the Standard Trial features, download and install our latest application from our Download page. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

Can I use Project Plan 365 without paying anything?

You can use our application in "Free Read-Only" mode to open and view the .MPP files or you can start a 30-Days free Trial in order to have acces to the fully functional product.

What happens if I don’t add card information when starting a trial?

If you skip adding card information when Signing Up to Project Plan 365 your account will be in Free Read-Only Mode. In order to be able to use the Standard or Business trial features please add the required information to start a trial. Click here to learn more about how to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial. You can always cancel Auto-Renewal so you wouldn’t be charged when the trial period expires.
Can I start a trial without adding my card information?

Please know that the credit card is required when starting a trial but if you want you can cancel the Auto-Renewal so you won't be automatically charged at the end of it.If you have any other questions about starting a trial without a credit card, please submit an online ticket with your request at our Support.
Will I be able to use the application after the trial expires?

If you canceled Auto-Renewal and  the trial expires, you can use the application in Free Read-Only mode. This means that you can open and view the project files.

How many users can I add in my team while in Business Trial Subscription?

If you previously purchased the Standard Subscription and started a Business Trial Subscription, you can assign the same amount of Editors in your team as the quantity of purchased subscriptions. You can assign as many Read-Only users as you need. If you didn’t purchased any subscription yet, you can assign as many team members as you need in your team.Note: Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions during the trial period only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

I upgraded to Business Trial and I would like to cancel the Standard Trial before it kicked in at the end of the 30 days trial.

On our website, once you upgraded to Business Trial Subscription, you won't be separately charged after your Standard Trial Subscription expires. Your Standard Trial is automatically connected to the Business Trial.

Why can I only change the quantity of subscriptions to 2?

The reason you are able to change the quantity of subscriptions only to 2 is because you cannot choose a quantity less than the number of assigned Editor roles in your team. To change the roles of your team members please read the Manage Team funk article.
Why can’t I change the quantity for subscriptions?

There are two possibilities:

           
1. You purchased only one subscription. If you purchased only one subscription, the Change Quantity button isn’t available in Billing tab. If you want to purchase more subscriptions, please read the Purchase Standard Subscription or Purchase Business Subscription funk article.

            2. You canceled the automatic renewal for your subscription. If you want to purchase more subscriptions, please read the Purchase Standard Subscription or Purchase Business Subscription funk article.

How can I change the quantity for my subscriptions?

To change the quantity for your subscriptions, Sign In with your email and password in our Portal page. In Billing tab, click on the “Change Quantity” button. A pop-up dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and then click on the “Change Quantity” button.

Clicking on “More” option from the quantity dropdown, will redirect you to “Purchase Project Plan 365 One Year Subscription” page from where you will need to select the quantity before clicking on the “Place Order” button.

Note that you cannot choose a quantity less than the number of assigned Editor roles in your team.
What does the “Change Quantity” functionality do?

The “Change Quantity” functionality allows you to change the number of subscriptions to a smaller or bigger quantity, depending on the number of assigned Editor roles in the team.
I've Signed In/Signed Up inside the application but it says I'm in Free Read-Only Mode.

The reason why your account is in Free Read-Only Mode is because when you Signed Up to Project Plan 365 you probably didn’t add billing information and didn’t actually start a Standard or Business Trial. To start a 30-day free trial please add your card information by following the steps from Sign Up to Project Plan 365 Online Help Article.

Note: Please know that you can always cancel Auto-Renewal so you wouldn’t be charged when the trial period expires.

Why can’t I see the “Cancel Subscriptions” button?

There are 2 possibilities why you can’t see the “Cancel Subscription” button:
  1. You are not the owner of the account or don’t have Admin rights.
  2. You already canceled Auto-Renewal for your trial account.

If you started the trial period from our website and you didn’t cancel your Auto-Renewal before your Standard or Business Trial expires you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions assigned in the trial period.

In order to Sign In with your Microsoft account inside Project Plan 365 application, open the application and look upper right corner for the Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button. Click on the “Sign In with Microsoft” button. A pop-up dialog will appear where you need to type your Microsoft email address and password and click on the “Sign In” button.
