If you have renewed your subscription and the data has not been updated into the application please follow the steps below:
- Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.
- Open application.
- Go to menu “Help” – “Subscriptions”.
- Press on “Restore Business Subscription”.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
- Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.

- Open Project Plan 365 app.
- Go to menu Help – Subscriptions and click the Restore Standard Subscription.

- Open Project Plan 365 app.
- Go to menu Help – Subscription and click Restore Business Subscription.

To change the quantity for your subscriptions, follow the steps below:
- Sign In with your email and password in our Portal page.
- In Billing tab, click on the Change Quantity button.
- A pop-up dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and then click on the Change Quantity button.
Clicking on More option from the quantity dropdown, will redirect you to Purchase Project Plan 365 One Year Subscription page from where you will need to select the quantity before clicking on the Place Order button.Note that you cannot choose a quantity less than the number of assigned Editor roles in your team.

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:
- Go to Online Portal.
- Sign In with your email and password.
- Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
- Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password or close and reopen the application.
You can also cancel the subscription directly from the application by clicking the Cancel Subscription button from the File menu - Account tab.

To use the Standard subscription purchased from App Store on other platforms, follow the steps below:
- Download, install and open our application from App Store.
- Go to menu Help – Subscriptions.
- Click the Restore Standard Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
- If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up here.
- Sign In inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.
- To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

- If you started the trial period from our website and you didn’t cancel your Auto-Renewal, before your Standard/Business Trial expires you will be automatically charged. If you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, please follow the steps from the Cancel Subscription Online Help Article.

- To cancel your subscription from Microsoft Store please follow the instruction from Microsoft Store. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

1. You purchased only one subscription. If you purchased only one subscription, the Change Quantity button isn’t available in Billing tab. If you want to purchase more subscriptions, please read the Purchase Standard Subscription or Purchase Business Subscription funk article.
