In order to restrict member access to certain projects based on assigned division you can use the "Manage Divisions" functionality. For more information, please read the Manage Divisions article.
Where can I find a report for the Timeline view?

We are sorry but we don't have any reports available in our application that look the same as the Timeline view.

You can export the Timeline view to PDF or as Image.

In order to do that, select the Timeline view from the left side view bar, go to the File menu – Export – Export to PDF or Export as Image. Type the name of the file and press “Save”.

Can I add a time off for a team member if I have a Standard subscription?

Adding a time off and setting a schedule for a team member is available only for Business subscription.

How can I take a full screenshot of the Network Diagram view?

To take a full screenshot of the Network Diagram view, you can export the entire view on one page. To achieve this, go to menu File - Print. Click on the Page Setup button and a dialog will open and you will see that there is the Scaling option. Check the option Fit to 1 page wide by 1 tall. Then, go to menu File-Export-Export to PDF.
When I try to invite a team member it says that the account already exists.

Why did my role change to Read-Only?

If you recently accepted an invitation to join a new team, you have been added to that team with a Read-Only role. Only Admin users can change the team members role. Please contact your team administrator for more information.
Do I lose all my projects if I join a new team?

Joining a new team results in losing access to your Drive 365 projects. Please, save them locally before joining the new team.
Can I add to my team a team member that is already in another existing team?

Answer
To add a team member that is already in another existing team, go to “Team” menu and click the “Add Member” button. Type the email address of the team member you want to add and click anywhere in the dialog. A dialog will appear immediately, and it allows you to invite the team member to your team. Right after you click the “Invite” button, an invitation will be sent to the entered email address. If user accepts the invitation, he will be added to the new Team with a Read Only role.
Can I open multiple .MPP files at the same time?

You can save dashboard files on your Computer by using the "Save to Computer" option in Dashboard dialog. In order to do that, go to menu Report - Dashboard. In the Dashboard dialog, upload the desired files and press "Save to Computer". Type the dashboard file’s name and then press Save.

How can I bring back an older version of the project?

You need to save the file with another name. That means you need to use the Save As option and save each project under different names.

How can I delete a template?

To find information about the duration, finish and start of a task, you can use the Task Information dialog. In order to do that, select a task, go to the Task menu and select the "Task Information" option.
How do I change the Timescale to years?

In order to change the timescale to years, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Middle Tier tab, from "Timescale Options" section select "One Tier (Middle)", from "Units" field select "Years" and then click OK.
The "Bar Styles" option does not exist in the "Format" tab.

To view information on a resource's task assignment, such as cost, work allocation, and work availability you can use the Resource Usage view. In order to use the Resource Usage view, please go to menu View-Resource Usage or in View Bar click on Resource Usage button.
How can I change the start and finish dates for a task?

There are two ways to change the start and finish dates for a task:

1. Select the desired task, go to the Task menu and select Task Information option. Change the start and finish dates and click on "OK" button for the changes to take effect.

2. Click on the placeholder inside the Start/Finish cells to open the dropdown and select a new start/finish date.

How do I save the Gantt Chart view as PDF in size A3?

In order to set the Paper Size to A3, go to the File menu - Print - Page Setup and from "Page" tab, "Paper Size" field, select A3 and press "OK" in order for changes to take effect. After that, go to the File menu - Export and select the "Export to PDF" option.
Does Project Plan 365 utilize iCloud drive for iOS users?
