Why do I have a strange email associated with my Project Plan 365 account?

The reason why that strange email address appears is because you set your email address to be hidden when signing in with Apple.

Where can I see the information about my subscription?

To see information regarding your Subscription please follow these steps:
1. Go to Online Portal page: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignIn
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. Go to Account page in order to see the information about your subscription.

How to use Project Plan 365 app over different platforms and devices?

In order to use Project Plan 365 on multiple platforms (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) you should purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our website. You can purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our Purchase page. Please download and install our latest app from the Download page. In order to use the purchased subscription, just Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

How do I renew the Standard Subscription directly from the application?

In order to renew the Standard Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 application, go to File menu – AccountPurchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. A pop-up dialog will appear. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click the Place Order button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click on the Place Order button. You can purchase multiple subscriptions under the same account and then you can invite team members in your organization, and you can share the files created with your team. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.

How do I purchase the Business Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Business Subscription directly from our application, Sign In in our application with your Business trial account or Business Trial Expired account and click on the “Buy” button from the “Business Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar. Or go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button. A dialog will appear where you have to choose what subscription you want to buy (Standard or Business). After the desired subscription is chosen, another dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button.

How do I purchase the Standard Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Standard Subscription directly from our application, Sign In in our application with your Standard Trial account or Standard Trial Expired account and click on the “Buy” button from the “Standard Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar. After the desired subscription is chosen, another dialog will appear where you have to select the desired quantity and insert the billing info, the credit card info and then click on Place Order button.

How do I upgrade to Business Subscription?

To upgrade to Business Subscription, go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click on the Upgrade to Business button.

Click on the Upgrade to Business Now button. You are redirected to a page where you enter your Credit Card information.

You can also upgrade to Business Subscription directly form our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account Purchase and click the Upgrade to Business button.

Note: When you upgrade from Standard to Business Subscription, the end date will be automatically calculated.

How do I see when my subscription expires?

To see when your subscription expires Sign In to our Online Portal. The expiration date can be found in Account page.

You can also see the Subscription End Date directly in out Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – AccountAccount Information.

Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
4. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password or close and reopen the application.

You can also cancel the subscription directly from app by following the steps:1.Sign In with your email and password.
2. Then, go to File menu – Account and click the Cancel Subscription button.
3. Sign Out and Sign In back inside the application with your email and password.

What are the differences between the Standard and the Business Subscription?

In order to purchase the Standard Subscription, go to our Purchase page and click on the Buy Subscription button that is associated with the Standard Subscription. Sign In with your email and password, select the desired quantity and insert the billing info and the credit card info.

Another way to purchase the Standard Subscription is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click on the Buy Subscription button and follow the steps described above.

Also, you can purchase the Standard Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button.

How can I cancel my trial on Project Plan 365?

If you downloaded the trial version from App / iTunes Store then Apple store will bill you automatically after 30 days. You need to make sure you cancel your subscription before 30 days. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

In Windows Store - they will ask you to confirm that you agree with the purchase so you can say No: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027815/microsoft-account-cancel-a-microsoft-subscription.

And with the account created on our website, please go in our Online Portal and in Account page click on the Cancel Subscription button. Insert the reason and a comment then click on the Cancel Subscription button. Please know that when your trial expires we do nothing - the only thing it’s that once the trial expires you will not be able to use it until you purchase it.​

You can also cancel your subscription from our app by going to File menu – AccountAccount Information and click Cancel Subscription button. Insert the reason and a comment then click on the Cancel Subscription button.
