Why can't I get a refund if I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank?

Once a dispute or chargeback is initiated with your bank, the case is handled directly between the bank and our payment processor. At that point, we are no longer permitted to issue a refund or take independent action on your account while the dispute is under review. This is a security and compliance measure enforced by the banking and card network systems.
Why has my account reverted to the trial version?

If you have a paid Standard Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake, please go to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Standard. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Standard.

How to cancel the Business Trial Subscription and revert to Standard Subscription?

To revert to Standard Subscription after you started the Business trial please go to our Online Portal and in Account or Billing page, click on Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on the Change your plan button. Click on the Select plan button under Standard. Wait for the confirmation message then close it. After that your trial will be reverted to Standard.

How can I cancel my subscription on Project Plan 365?

To cancel your subscription from App Store please follow the instruction from Apple Support. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

To cancel your subscription from Microsoft Store please follow the instruction from Microsoft Store. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

If you started a trial on our website and you don’t want to be charged when it expires, please go in our Online Portal and in Account page click on the Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on Cancel your free trial button. Select a reason or type one in then click on the Continue to cancel button for the next 3 steps. Click on Confirm Cancelation button. You will receive a confirmation email of cancelling the Auto-Renewal.

You can also cancel Auto-Renewal for the trial period from the Billing page, in the “Subscription Information” section click the Manage Plan button. In the dialog that appears, click on Cancel your free trial button. Select a reason or type one in then click on the Continue to cancel button for the next 3 steps. Click on Confirm Cancelation button. You will receive a confirmation email of cancelling the Auto-Renewal.

Please note that if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions you assigned in the trial period. The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. If you purchased a subscription from our website and you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, go to Project Plan 365 Portal, click the “Billing” tab and in the “Subscription Information” section click the “Manage subscription renewal options”. A dialog will be displayed where you can click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button, then to enter a reason why you want to stop the Auto-Renewal and click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button again. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

Note that if you cancel the Auto-Renewal, you will have to manually renew the subscriptions to avoid service interruption.

Will I be charged after the 14-days free trial will expire?

If you don't cancel the auto-renewal during the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions added during the trial period, after it expires. If you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, please follow the steps from the Cancel Subscription Online Help Article.
I upgraded to Business Trial and I would like to cancel the Standard Trial before it kicked in at the end of the 14 days trial.

On our website, once you upgraded to Business Trial Subscription, you won't be separately charged after your Standard Trial Subscription expires. Your Standard Trial is automatically connected to the Business Trial.

Is Project Plan 365 free or do I have to pay?

You can use our application for free only by starting the 30-days free trial. After that, you need to purchase the Standard or the Business Subscription from our website in order to be able to use the application.

After I buy the Business package from the website will I receive a license key?

After you buy the Business Subscription you will have the subscription assigned to the email address on which you were logged in when the payment has been done. In order to use the purchased subscription, you need to Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app (in Store and Web apps, looks for the Sign In button in the top right corner or go to menu File - Account - click on Sign In).

How to use Project Plan 365 app over different platforms and devices?

In order to use Project Plan 365 on multiple platforms (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) you should purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our website. You can purchase the Standard/Business Subscription from our Purchase page. Download and install our latest app from the Download page. In order to use the purchased subscription, just Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app (in Sore and Web apps, look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

How do I renew the Business Subscription directly from the application?

Subscriptions will automatically renew if the Auto-Renewal is enabled.

If the Auto-Renewal is disabled, you can manually renew the Business subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 application by going to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. A pop-up dialog will appear. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, edit the billing info, then click the Place Order button.

To apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Project Plan 365 Portal Page and Sign In with your Owner account.
  2. In Account page click on the Renew Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, click on Enter Promotional Code label, type a valid promotional code and click on Apply Code button.
  4. Make sure the promotional code has been applied.
  5. Edit the billing info, then click on the Place Order button.

Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

  5. Add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

How do I edit my billing information?
