How do I start a 14-Day Standard Trial?

To start the Standard Trial, please go to our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page and click on the “Start free trial” button. Type your email address and a password, select the Standard Subscription option from the Summary panel, then click on the “Continue” button. Once you created your account, fill in all the required information and add a valid credit card number then click on the “Start trial” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment for your 14-day Standard Trial to start. In Account and Billing pages you will see the details about the Standard Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team Members page.

In order to use the Standard Trial features, download and install our latest application from our Download page. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 14-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

Why can't I get a refund if I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank?

Once a dispute or chargeback is initiated with your bank, the case is handled directly between the bank and our payment processor. At that point, we are no longer permitted to issue a refund or take independent action on your account while the dispute is under review. This is a security and compliance measure enforced by the banking and card network systems.
On what platforms is Erix AI available?

If I skip the create with Erix.AI step, can I access it again?

At this moment, if the Create with Erix.AI step is skipped, it cannot be accessed again as it is available only when first signing up and starting a trial.
Can I ask Erix.AI to make changes in the project after I have already saved it?

At this moment, you cannot ask Erix.AI to make changes to the project that has already been saved. Adjustments to the project can be made only during the 3 attempts in the Erix.AI chat box.
Can I create more projects with Erix.AI after I have already created one?

At this moment, creating a project with Erix.AI is available only once when first starting a trial.
How many times can Erix.AI regenerate the project?

Answer
You will have 3 attempts to regenerate the WBS created by Erix.AI. If you are still not satisfied with the result, click on the Start from blank button after the 3rd attempt and a blank project will be opened on Gantt Chart.
How to create a new project using Erix.AI?

To create a new project using Erix.AI, follow the steps below:
  1. In our app, click on Create Account button - type in an email address and password or select a third-party option – select the payment option – click Start Trial.
  2. Return to the app – complete or skip the survey – in the Welcome dialog, click on the Create New Project button.
  3. Click on Create with Erix.AI button.
  4. In the Erix.AI chat box type in a Project Name – select a Start Date – type in a Description of what the project is for and any other preferences.
  5. Click on Generate Project button.
  6. Erix.AI will generate a WBS based on your description.
  7. If you are not satisfied with the generated WBS, click on No, I want to generate a new one button – add or modify the project details and click Generate Project.
  8. If you are satisfied with the generated WBS click on Yes, save this project!
  9. Erix.AI will save the project to Drive 365 and open it on Gantt Chart View.
Can Erix AI create a project?

You can create a project from scratch with Erix.AI when first creating an account and starting a trial. After completing the app survey, you will be able to select to create a new project using Erix.AI.

What happens if I create an account but don't start a trial?

If you create an account but don't start a trial, your account will be inactive. In order to use the application, you need to start a Standard Trial or a Business Trial.Note: If you do not start a trial after signing up, you will receive an email reminder from us to activate your account. Simply click on the Activate Account button from the email, select the desired payment method and click the Start Trial button.
Does Project Plan 365 for Mac run on Apple Silicone?

Project Plan 365 is compatible with OS X macOS 11 Big Sur (Apple M1 and Intel), macOS 12 Monterey, macOS 13 Ventura and macOS 14 Sonoma and fully optimized for Apple Silicon. Please make sure you have the latest version installed.

Do I need to re-enter payment details when switching plans?

No. If you’re still in your trial, no payment is collected. Your payment method will be charged only when the trial ends and the subscription starts.
Can I switch plans more than once during the trial?

Yes. As long as you’re still in the trial period, you can change your plan at any time using the Manage plan dialog.
Where do I find the “Manage plan” option?

You can find the Manage plan button in the Account or Billing tabs in our Online Portal, or in the Account/Billing section from File menu in the app.
Do I need to contact support to cancel my trial?

No. You can complete the entire cancellation or plan switch process from your portal or app by going to Account or Billing page and clicking Manage plan.
What happens after cancelling my trial?

Once cancelled, your access to app features will end and your account will no longer be active unless another plan is selected.
Can I cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges?

Yes. You can cancel at any time during the trial to ensure you’re not automatically charged when it ends.
Are there any benefits offered before cancellation is completed?

Yes. During the cancellation process, you’ll be reminded of the features you’ll lose and shown an exclusive offer designed to help you continue with a better experience.
Can I change my mind during the cancellation process?

Yes. At any step in the cancellation flow, you can choose to keep your plan instead of continuing. Just click Keep your plan or close the dialog.
Is feedback required when cancelling my trial?

You’ll be asked to select at least one reason for cancellation. There is also an optional field where you can provide additional feedback to help us improve our services.
What if I accidentally cancel my trial — can I undo it?

Once the cancellation process is finalized, it cannot be undone. However, you can always return to the Manage plan section and purchase a new subscription at any time.For more information, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
Will I be notified after switching or cancelling a plan?

Yes. After any change to your subscription, such as switching plans or cancelling your trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of the action.
Where can I compare available subscription plans?

You can compare plans by going in our Online Portal to Account or Billing page. Click on Manage plan and then Change your plan. The dialog shows each available plan with details and a Learn more link for each option.
Will I get a better deal if my trial ends but payment fails?

Yes. If the trial ends and the system cannot process the payment, you will receive an email with a time-sensitive offer to continue your subscription at a better rate. The offer will be available for a limited time, and you can access it directly from the email.
