How can I Sign Up to start a business trial?

You can start a Business Trial by following these steps: 

1. Create an account on our  Online Portal page: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignIn
2. In Account page click on Upgrade to Business button. 
3. Insert the name of your Business and click on Create button.

Can we assign a role so that a user can edit plan but not delete tasks?

The Editor has full control over an mpp file. The Collaborator can only edit some columns specified by the Editor. The Viewer can only open and read the file.
Why is the Business edition not supporting the mobile platforms?

The Business Subscription is available for iOS devices. On Android devices, you can Sign In with your email and password, but the real-time collaboration and the master project and subprojects features are not available at this point.
How do I see when my subscription expires?

To see when your subscription expires Sign In to our Online Portal: https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account/SignIn. The expiration date can be found under the Account menu.

If you have a paid Individual Subscription and you have started the Business Trial by mistake please follow these steps:1. Go to Online Portal.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. If you have files in Drive 365, please save them to your local machine.
4. Then, in Account page, click on Cancel Subscription button.
5. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password.

Please Sign Up in our Online Portal. Then, download and install our latest application from the link below:

After this, please Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

If your trial expires you won't lose your saved data. You can use our application after you purchase an Individual or a Business Subscription from our website.
How to cancel the Business subscription and revert to Individual subscription?

To revert to Individual Subscription after you started the Business trial please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account.
2. Sign In with your email and password.
3. If you have files in Drive 365, please save them to your local machine.

5. Sign Out and back Sign In inside application with your email and password.
I upgraded to Business Trial and I would like to cancel the Individual Trial before it kicked in at the end of the 30 days trial.

On our website, once you upgraded to Business Trial Subscription, you won't be charged after your Individual trial subscription expires. We don't automatically charge your card after your trial expires.
