How do I purchase the Standard Subscription directly from the application?

In order to purchase the Standard Subscription directly from our application, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign In in our application with your Standard Trial account or Standard Trial Expired account.
  2. Click on the Buy button from the Standard Trial Subscription Expires in… days bar or go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button.
  3. Select the desired quantity and click on the Buy Subscription button associated with the Standard subscription.
  4. You will be redirected to the Payment Page in your default browser.
  5. Fill in all the required information and add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe” button.
  6. Or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.
How do I upgrade to Business Subscription?

To upgrade to Business Subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Project Plan 365 Portaland Sign In with your email and password.
  2. In Accountpage click on the Upgrade to Business
  3. Click on the Upgrade to Business Now
  4. You are redirected to the billing page where you can confirm the order.

You can also upgrade to Business Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Upgrade to Business button.

How do I purchase the Standard Subscription?

In order to purchase the Standard Subscription, go to our Purchase page select the desired quantity and click on the Buy Subscription button that is associated with the Standard SubscriptionSign In with your email and password then fill in all the required information and add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

Another way to purchase the Standard Subscription is to go to Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your email and password. In Account page click the Buy Subscription button and follow the steps described above.

Also, you can purchase the Standard Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button.

Is it possible to make a renew just for 3 months?

What is your VAT number?

Please know that we are a USA company and don’t have a VAT number – in addition to this we have not charged you any taxes on the product so it should not be anything to report on your end.
I renewed my Standard Editor subscription for iProject Viewer from App Store. How can I update my Project 365 account info?

If you have renewed your Standard Editor subscription and the data has not been updated into the Project 365 application please follow the steps below:  
  1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store. 
  2. Open iProject Viewer application. 
  3. Go to menu Help - Register – Manage Apple Store Subscriptions. 
  4. Press on RestoreStandard EditorSubscription. 
  5. Wait for the confirmation message. 
  6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.  
I purchased a Standard Editorsubscription for iProject Viewer from App Store. How can I use this subscription onotherplatforms or device?

 If you have bought your Standard Editor Subscription from App Store and want to use it on other devices please make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.   
  1. Open iProject Viewer application. 
  2. Go to menu Help – Register – Manage Apple Store Subscriptions.
  3. Press on RestoreStandard Editor Subscription. 
  4. Wait for the confirmation message. 
  5. If you don’t have a Project 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal.
  6. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account. 
  7. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other devices or platforms you need to download and install on that device the latest app from our Download page.   
  8. Then Sign In with your email and password inside iProject Viewer application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).   
Note: You can also use the subscription associated on your account in our Project Plan 365 application by downloading it from our Download Project Plan 365 page.
How to activate the Standard Editor subscription for iProject Viewer from App Store?

To activate the Standard Editor subscription on iOS device please follow the steps below:  
  1. First please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open Settings, Click on iTunes & App Store and on Apple ID check your email address).  
  2. Go inside application and in menu HelpRegister press on the Manage Apple Store Subscription  
  3. Press on the Restore Standard Editor Subscription   
  4. Wait for the confirmation message. 
How do I start trial or purchase the Standard Editor Subscription for iProject Viewer from App Store?

To purchase the Standard Editor Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below: 
  1. Download and install our latest iProject Viewer application from App Store. 
  2. Open the application. 
  3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to start a 30 days free trial. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button. 
  4. Click on the Start Standard Editor button.
  5. Insert your Apple ID and password. 
  6. Click on the Done button. 
  7. Sign Up to iProject Viewer. Insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third-party account.
Note: If you don’t start a 30 days trial, you can use the application in Free Read-Only mode:

Why do I have a strange email associated with my Project Viewer 365 account?

How do I remove my credit card information?

To remove your credit card information, please go Project Plan 365 Portal - “Billing” tab and click the “Edit Payment Information” button. Remove the credit card information and click on the“Save Payment Information” button. In the dialog that appears click on the "Remove Card Information" button.

If I uninstall the application the subscription will be erased?

There are three possibilities:

  1. If you purchased a subscription from our website, that subscription is assigned to your email address on which you were logged in when the payment has been done. Therefore, your subscription will remain active on your email address for 1 year.
  2. If you purchased a subscription from Apple Store, that subscription is assigned to your Apple Store account. Therefore, your subscription will remain active on your App Store account for 1 year.
  3. If you purchased a subscription from Microsoft Store, that subscription is assigned to your Microsoft Store account. Therefore, your subscription will remain active on your Microsoft Store account for 1 year.
I purchased the Standard subscription from Microsoft Store. How can I use this subscription on another platform or device?

  1. Downloadinstall and open our application from Microsoft Store.
  2. Go to menu Help – Subscriptions.
  3. Click the Restore Standard Subscription button and wait for the confirmation message.
  4. If you don’t have a Project Plan 365 account, Sign Up here.
  5. Sign In inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from Microsoft Store to your Project 365 account.
  6. To use the subscription on other device/platform, Download and install the latest app from our website and then Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).
