How to change the height of the headings?

Answer
The height of the headings can't be manually changed. If you want to change the height of the headings you need to change the height of the Timescale. In order to do that, go to the Format menu - Timescale. Select "Top Tier" tab and from "Show" field select "Three Tiers(Top, Middle, Bottom)" and press "Ok" in the dialog for changes to take effect.
Is it possible to change the date format on the web application?

You can change the date format in our Web application, but is dependent to app language: If the language is set to English you can choose from American date formats (where the month comes first). If the language is set to French, let’s say, you can choose between “European” date formats. There is also a list of standard date formats that don't depend on the language set inside the application. 

How can I print in A4 format on Mac?

To print in A4 format go to menu File – Print - Print and select on Paper Size field the A4 format. If the Paper Size field is not visible, press the Show Details button in the Print dialog.
When I change the size (width) of the columns, the text and the height of the lines don't automatically adjust, so I can’t see all the text of all lines.

The height of a grid row is given by the height of the Task Name cell. If you want to make the other cells bigger you can either make the width of the Task Name cell smaller (automatically making the height bigger) or manually adjusting the height of the desired rows.

To change the font of the headers for each column, please go to menu Format -Text Styles. Select “Row Column Titles” option the make the desired changes.

If you want the Start and Finish dates to appear in the Gantt Chart, please go to the Format menu-Bar Styles option, select the Text Tab.
