You can remove Erix by pressing "X" from the "Chat with Erix" button, and then clicking on “OK” button from the dialog that appears. You can then show it again by going to the File menu – Options – Advanced tab – check “Show Erix” checkbox and press the “OK” button.

You can't increase/decrease the size of the ribbon but if you want to hide it, you can use the "Minimize the Ribbon" option. In order to do that, click on the down arrow button in the top of the ribbon and then click on the "Minimize the Ribbon" option.
What are external tasks?

Answer
Tasks from different subprojects can be linked together, forming a predecessor/successor dependency. When you open one of the subprojects in application, all of the predecessor tasks from other subprojects will be shown next to the local tasks in the project being opened. They appear with different bar/box style and font in the different task views, e.g. in grey color, so they can be visually distinguished from the local tasks. These tasks are called External tasks.
Does the application allow to open Microsoft Project files that contain subprojects?

The application allows you to open Microsoft® Project files (mpp) that contain subprojects. If the opened project plan includes subprojects, a specific graphical indicator will be shown in the Indicators column. An indicator will tell that the task next to it is an inserted project (also called a subproject). The inserted project appears as a summary task in the master project. To upload subprojects, click on the plus sign (+) corresponding to each subproject and you will be asked to locate the subproject on your disk. Then the subproject will be instantly viewed.
I followed the steps to fix the DPI problem and it isn’t solved.

If the problem isn't resolved after this fix press on Windows Key and type: Change Display Settings. Notice the text: "A custom scale factor is set” and then click on “Advanced Scaling Settings”. See the value set on custom scaling, then go back to the previous screen (Change Display Settings) and click on “Turn off custom scaling and sign out”. When you sign in back into your account open again Change Display Settings and select Change the size of text, apps and other items, then select the value you had on custom scaling or the most close to it.

If the application is too blurry, press on Windows Key and type: Change Display Settings -> Then select 100%.

How can I fix the DPI problem on Windows 10?

To fix the DPI problem on Windows 10 right click on the ProjectPlan.exe application -> Proprieties -> Compatibility tab -> Change High DPI Settings -> Check “Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead the one in settings”. After that check Override high DPI scaling behavior -> select System -> press OK.
What resolution does Project Plan 365 application support?

If you don't want the Quick Access Toolbar to be displayed in its current location, you can move it to the other location. If you find that the default location next to Toolbar view name list is too far from your work area to be convenient, you might want to move it closer to your work area. The location below the ribbon encroaches on the work area. Therefore, if you want to maximize the work area, you might want to keep the Quick Access Toolbar in its default location. Click on the down arrow button in the top of the riibon, then select Place Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon or Minimize the Ribbon.
