Project Plan 365 app will not move your task automatically if you have an overallocated resource on two parallel tasks.
The application tells you that you have an overallocated resource by making the entire resource font with red in Resource Sheet view.
In order to solve the overallocation, you need to link the tasks and specify a predecessor.
How do I know due tasks not completed?

In order to see the tasks that are not completed, please look at %Complete field. All the tasks that have other value than 100 are not completed yet.

I would like to know how to compare 2 projects?

You can compare two projects by going to menu Report and press on Compare button.A comparison report contains only the differences between the two versions. It is not a consolidation of the two projects.This utility does not compare assignments. It compares tasks and resources only.
