In order to create a new folder in SharePoint cloud, click on New Folder button, enter the name for the folder you want to create in Create New Folder dialog and click OK button or Enter key. The folder will be created in the current directory with the entered name.

In order to delete a project from SharePoint cloud, go to the File menu – Open – SharePoint  SharePoint Site. Authenticate with your Microsoft account if not authenticated.  From the file picker, right-click on the file you want to remove and select Delete option from the contextual menu. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

You can Sign Out from Basecamp. In order to do that, go to the File menu, select Open then select the Basecamp cloud. In the file picker that appears, click Sign Out button from the upper right side of the dialog. If you want to sign in with a different account, first you must sign out and then sign in with the desired account.

To sort files in a different order, click one of the column headings in the file picker. For example, click Name to sort by file name. Click the column heading again to sort in the reverse order.

Can I open a project saved on Basecamp?

Opening files from BaseCamp is only available for Windows and Web. Go to File - Open and select Basecamp. Connect with your account if you are not already authenticated. There are several ways to open a project from the Basecamp file picker: 

  1. Double click on a project; 
  2. Select a project and click Open button;
  3. Right-click on a project and select Open in contextual menu; 
  4. Select a project and click Enter key.

If you want the Cost to appear in the Gantt Chart, please go to the Format menu - Bar Styles option, select the Text Tab. Then, from Right - select the column Cost. Press OK and the Cost will be displayed in the Gantt Chart.

My team member need to have a paid subscription in order to read my master and subprojects located in my cloud Drive 365 folder?

You can add the team member as a read-only team member in our Online Portal and he can open the Master project file from Drive 365 cloud using his email and password. There’s no need to purchase extra subscriptions for read-only team members.
