In order to set a calendar to a recurring task, click on the “Calendar” dropdown inside the Recurring Task dialog, select the desired calendar and press “OK”.
Note: If you will select the “Night Shift” calendar, a reschedule prompt dialog will appear that will notify you that the tasks will occur during nonworking times and Project Plan 365 can reschedule the tasks to occur at the first available working time. If you want to reschedule the tasks occurrence(s) click “Yes”.

In order to hide multiple adjacent columns, click on a column header, hold down SHIFT key and then click on the last column you want to hide. Once they are selected, right click on a selected column and from contextual menu select “Hide Column” option.

A deadline is a target date indicating when you want a task to be completed. Imposing an inflexible constraint such as Must Finish On, that sets the finish date can lock up your schedule in ways you don't want. Instead, if you just need a reminder, you can use the deadline field of a task. This will create a green downward arrow on the Gantt chart, that marks the deadline date. The advantage of deadlines is that they keep track of its finish date without locking the schedule.
