How can I collapse all the summary tasks at once?

If you want to collapse all the summary tasks from your project at once, you can use the Outline Level 2 functionality. In order to do that, go to the Project menu - Outline - select Outline Level 2 and all the summary tasks will be collapsed.
Where can I find the Paste button?

How can I add a sprint?

You can add Sprints using the Agile - Scrum methodology. Just go to the Project menu, select the Agile option and from Agile Methodology dialog select "Scrum" and click "OK". From "Scrum" menu select Manage option and fill in the required fields (Name, Length, Start and Finish) and then click "OK". Then go to the Sprint Planning Board view and add the tasks to the desired Sprint.

In order to add another Timescale row, open your project, the go to the Format menu - Timescale option. From Timescale Options - Show - select: One Tier, Two Tiers or Three Tiers and press OK in the Timescale dialog.

We are sorry but we don't have this functionality available in the app. You can use the Export to PowerPoint functionality to create a slideshow of your project. In order to do that, open your project and then go to the FIle menu - Import/Export - Export Project - Export to PowerPoint.
How to add the BCWS field?

How do I input the actual cost for generating the S-Curve report?

The Actual cost depends on the cost and % complete you set on your tasks. Please insert the resource cost and assign the resources to tasks and set the %complete for each task. Then yo can generate the S-curve report by going to menu Report - Visual Reports - S-Curve Report.

A clipboard is a temporary storage area for data that the user wants to copy from one place to another. In the application, the user might want to copy/cut text from one part of the project and paste it in another part of the project or somewhere else.
What is the difference in cost and work resources?

Cost resources are different from work and material resources in that cost resources represent costs commonly incurred to complete various tasks within a project. Cost resources are a "fixed" type of resource cost, like the cost of equipment your people need, or one-time resource costs such as their travel expenses. The work resources are the ones that will burn effort and represent the people required to complete tasks in the project.

The Tracking Gantt view can use any of the task filters to display only the tasks you want to see. When you select a filter, both the sheet and chart portions of the Tracking Gantt display the information as defined by that filter's criteria. The default filter is the All Tasks filter. To apply another filter, go to Project – Filter. 
How do I apply a different table in Tracking Gantt view?

The sheet portion displays categories of information about the tasks, arranged in tables. The default table for Tracking Gantt view is the Entry table. You can also select any of the Tracking Gantt tables to display information. To do this, please go to Project – Table.  
Can I add bar texts in Tracking Gantt view?

A various project information (such as duration, constraint type, finish etc.) can be used for the bar texts in order to describe a task. The position of the bar texts can be left, right, top, bottom and inside. To add a bar text, double click on that specific bar and in Bar Text tab select the information you want to be displayed.
