How to export the WBS structure?

To Export the WBS structure, first you have to go to the Network Diagram View then to File menu - Export and select in what format you want to export the WBS.

How to see only the tasks?

To see only the tasks, you can use the Task Sheet view. In order to use the Task Sheet view, please go to menu View – Other Task Views- Task Sheet or in View Bar click on Task Sheet button.

The "Bubble" view is missing from the application.

At this point, the "Bubble" view is available only for our Web application.
Where can I find a report for the Timeline view?

We are sorry but we don't have any reports available in our application that look the same as the Timeline view.

You can export the Timeline view to PDF or as Image.

In order to do that, select the Timeline view from the left side view bar, go to the File menu – Export – Export to PDF or Export as Image. Type the name of the file and press “Save”.

How do I see the capacity of the resources?

To view information on a resource's task assignment, such as cost, work allocation, and work availability you can use the Resource Usage view. In order to use the Resource Usage view, please go to menu View-Resource Usage or in View Bar click on Resource Usage button.
Is this software from Microsoft?

Our software is not part of Office 365. Our tool is called Project Plan 365 and it is compatible with Microsoft Project in the sense that you can open in our tool the files saved in Microsoft Project or you can open in Microsoft Project the files created in our tool, but we are not a Microsoft owned application, so you can’t Sign In inside the Microsoft Project application with the subscription purchased for our application or vice versa.

Use the Gantt Chart chart view to:

View tasks graphically while still having access to detailed information about the tasks.
 
View tasks as rolled-up bars or milestones on their respective summary task bars, enabling you to see your whole project without losing sight of the tasks.

See how tasks progress across time and evaluate the slack and slippage between tasks. You can track progress by comparing planned and actual start and finish dates, and by checking the completion percentage of each task.

See the baselines the project manager saved for the project.

To see what are the weekly tasks, you can use the Calendar view or you can filter the tasks in Gantt Chart view by going to menu Project-Filter-Date Range and insert the Start and Finish date.
Why I can’t see the “Team Planner View” button in ribbon on the Mac platform?

If the “Team Planner View” button is not visible in ribbon, please press  "More" button. You should be able to find in the dropdown the button that doesn't fit inside the ribbon because of the small window size.
