A resource is overallocated when it is assigned too much work to complete within the resource's available time. You can resolve resource overallocation by adjusting either tasks or resources in your project. The “Set Task Mode” functionality gives you the option of deciding how much control you want over task scheduling in a project. The Task Mode field indicates whether a task is scheduled manually or automatically scheduled. The default scheduling mode for new tasks is configurable in File > Options > Schedule.

You can access Erix.AI Create Project from multiple locations within Project Plan 365, including:

• Right after creating an account and starting a trial you will get the option to create a new project using Erix.AI.
• By going to menu File – New – click on Create project with Erix.AI.
• Directly from the Erix conversation by clicking on Chat with Erix button from the Quick Access Toolbar then asking Erix.AI to create a project.
• Directly from the Create Project with Erix.AI Landing Page: https://projectplan365.com/create-project-with-erix-ai

Erix.AI Create Project is currently available on Windows and Mac platforms.

The Create with Erix.AI step is skipped after first starting a trial, it can be accessed from the File – New – Create with Erix button or from the Chat with Erix box.

At this moment, you cannot ask Erix.AI to make changes to the project that has already been saved. Adjustments to the project can be made only in the Erix.AI generation flow.

You can create as many projects with Erix.AI as you need.
