At this point, you can upload a subproject from the local device only on Project Plan 365 for Windows, Mac and iOS. In order to upload a file from the local device, go to menu Project - Subproject - Computer.

To change the Date Display Format for bars in Gantt Chart, using the Gantt Chart view, go to menu Format – Layout and select a date format in the Date Format box then click on the OK button.

To change the appearance of link lines between Gantt Chart bars, using the Gantt Chart view, go to menu Format – Layout and select the desired type of link line, then click on the OK button.

The “Layout” functionality allows the user to modify the Gantt Chart in several ways to make it easier to review. You can adjust the height of bars, the link design between bars, modify the date format of the bars, roll-up tasks so that a projection of the subtasks on Gantt Chart bar is displayed at the summary task.

Then, Sign In with your email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

If the resource tabs from the Resource menu are grayed out, you need to select the Resource Sheet View from the View menu and then go to the Resources menu.

When you assign a team member to your business, if he/she has an account on our website, he/she will receive an email to join your Business. If the assigned team member doesn't have an account, the user receives a link inside the email to set the password for his new account.​​

I cannot see the Gantt Chart view.

In order to use the Gantt Chart view, go to menu View - Gant Chart. Please know that the Gantt Chart view is the default view for the new projects.

When using Project Viewer 365 in free viewer mode, please make sure you are in Gantt Chart, Resource Sheet or Task Sheet view as only these 3 views are free.

To fit the entire project to one page, go to menu File - Print. Click on the Page Setup button and a dialog will open and you will see that there is the Scaling option. Check the option Fit to 1 pages wide by 1 tall.
